I resell cars in Poland. Bought a car via Live bidding with this company. The sales agent helped me to bid. The car arrived in 2 months. I am planning to buy other cars with AuctionExport, because from my experience, I liked their service the most.

I've just purchased my third car with this company. great stuff guys. communication was great as usual, always goes above and beyond to help and absolutely no hassle.

I made a bidding on a car and I was winning but at the last moment it was canceled due my ID not uploaded. Contacted customer service and told me ID is already uploaded and it is fine and there should not be any issues. They asked to consider another car and I refused and asked for a refund. They replied, can’t do it now for money laundering issues but they will refund me after 2 weeks.

2 weeks gone, I tried to contact them but nobody is responding. It has been a week trying to get a response and had enough honestly.. i thought I am dealing with trusted website but it turns out it is not. It is disappointing…

Will be making a complaint at VISA network to get the necessary support and get my money back.

This company is a scam. Only those invited to make a review made 5 or 4 star reviews while the real ones are bad. SENDING MONEY TO THIS COMPANY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I have proceeded to notify the Economic and Financial Crimes commission about this business. They claim to be in the business for over 14 years but their website history says otherwise at whois. I've done through research on them with the help of EFCC and they will be apprehended soon

I bought a vehicle on Auctionexport on feb 25th. Now...april 4th my vehicle is still on the harbour....waiting to be shipped. Contacted Auctionexport employees (Nick and Vanessa) and they could still not give me a date when they were planning to ship my car. I paid 2000,- USD for the shipping and this is the service I get?? I tried to call bunch of employees of Auctionexport. Even though they are online on Skype...they will not answer my calls. They like to chat however. Worst service ever. Bought several vehicles here. But no more!!

I bought Ford Mustang with help of this company. I chose auctionexport.com, because I didn`t know how to participate in auctions, this was my first time to buy a car from the USA. In this company they have sales agents, who assist with purchase. And moreover, they also do transportation to your country, so I didn`t have to look for another company to transport my vehicle. They bid for me at the auction, sent me the documents for the car and delivered it to Gdansk.
But, well, I had to do the clearance by myself.
In general, I would recommend this company, I am satisfied with the service. The car is the same, as on the photos.

The company was introduced to me by my sister in 2021. All i can say is that they are extremely dedicated ehen it comes to their customer service. I've bought 2 cars from auction export so far, BMW X3 2015 and Ford Focus Titanium 2018. The order was made in may and i got the cars delivered to Rotterdam in early August which was surprise to me, as some of the reviews say they are
always delaying the process. This was not the case with me as well as with my sister.

No doubts i will recommend them to anyone who never bought a vehicle from online source. They will be helpful from the beginning to an end. Guys, keep it up👍👍👍

Auction Export is a fraudulent organization you do business with them at your own risk!!!! I paid $2000 to them as deposit in order to bid for a vehicle. Immediately after I changed my mind and asked for refund. They now told me they will charge me 3.8% to refund the money to me. Information they hide from me before the transaction. After sending several mails they sent me email that they were going to refund without a charge. To my shock and dismay these crooks to $126 from my account before refunding which was even far above the less the $80 they claimed they weren't going to charge me for. they are simply thieves!!!!!!

They make u pay storage every day until the title is out. I purchased a lexus suv with one of my cousin account on auction export and all the payment was completely paid on the 4th of August and till this present moment the car has not been shipped yet by Auction export and the only update they mad was on 16th of August that the Vechile has been delivered to the port of exit and till then no update whatever even though they sent an email stating the car will go through custom clearing in 2 to 3 weeks and it’s past 3 weeks since I received that message but yet no shipping update has been made since the August 16th last update. I have the money to pay whosoever to clear the car once it arrived Nigeria but it’s quite unfortunate that I have no idea when the said car will be loaded not to talk of arriving Nigeria port and I’m afraid I might use the clearing fee on something else because of present state of Nigeria economy. I am highly disappointed with their shipping service

You are doing great, but one thing am not happy about is, you charge customers for for late fee payment and when you default by delaying shipment, we customers gets nothing for delaying us.

This is the first time I got a car from Auction export and I must say the experience was awesome. I particularly appreciate the professionalism exhibited by all the staff I had to deal with, especially Lisa Evans. The response was very prompt and the timeline given was almost perfect.
