The assistance from the salesperson, in my case, Lisa Evans makes the whole process very simple. She constantly floods you with vehicles of your choice.
My 2nd vehicle purchase was within a span of 3 months from purchase process through shipment to Ghana I found that shorter than expected.

Auction/Buyer Fees is always too high and is sometime close to $2000 without clear information on what the charges are for, which eventually frustrates the buyers.

Secondly, the Auction Export Fee which should have been contained in the buyer fee seems repetitive. There is also documentation fee. All the charges should be encompassing and competitive as obtainable in other car auction platforms.

Nevertheless, we have here is a credible company that never defaults. They put a call through and respond to message promptly in the case of any enquiries. I have gotten refund whenever I opted and got several cars delivered within schedule. On the title issue, they have been calling to informing me whenever a car has a pending title which will eventually delay its importation.

Overall, less the charges I mentioned above, I will recommend Auction Export for intending buyers and that the guidelines stipulated on the website should be studied carefully.

I'm very much satisfied with their service.

I wanted to buy a car and ship it to my parents in Europe. I was very doubtful as the amount is not small. So I read all the reviews here and also went to their office. I was assisted and explained everything in detail. I also did my research and took the time to read all the information on the website fully. I see a lot of ppl are complaining, but by the look of it, they simply did not read the info. I was working with Sam, he is very helpful, we bought a car in less than a week, and in less than 50 days, my car was already in Germany. I truly recommend this company.

Auction Export is the judge and executioner, and because they ask for money upfront before you bid, they aggressively dominate the transactional relationship with their rules. Basically, you are at their mercy

Where should I start:

1) Very bad customer service. Very very bad. I see you respond to every bad review. If you had taken time to deliver good service, you won’t need to respond here.

2) So many charges and penalties. Some in fine writing that they know people do not read. You make credit card deposit and they charge you…not sure why.

3) Once you’ve made some payment to them, the transaction becomes yours to lose. Pray, nothing comes up…if you sneeze you’ll pay extra

4) They hide the true condition of the car behind bogus word. For example…salvage. A simple definition like “this car was in a flood and doesn’t work” is better than “Salvage flood. Title unknown”.

Overall, they are a collection of unethical car salesmen using technology to provide a service people need. So, be careful when you deal with them. I’ve just been burnt and it’s the last time

Bought a car to ship to Gdynia, BMW 5 series, it's good, came fast and nice

Everyone should learn from it! I bought a Mercedes-Benz 300SE/ VIN: WDBCA24D1MA606506 car from AuctionExport Ltd at an auction on 05.20.2022.
I paid the invoice 8804 usd. This included the price of the car, auction costs, AuctionExport Ltd costs, transport to Eu port/ Bremerhaven, insurance.
The car is approx. two months later it arrived at the EU port/Bremerhaven.
I cleared the car with customs here.
They then informed me that the seller would impound the car.
I received an email from AuctionExport Ltd asking me to pay another 6500 usd because the car leaked oil into the shipping container and this is an extra cost.
They sent some photos attached: of an oil stain and the bottom of a car.
I asked for an official document and proof of this to be sent.
Nothing was sent!
I didn't get the car! My AuctionExport Ltd account has been debited for 6500 Usd!
I didn't get the 8804 usd price of the car back!
This is a fraud!
Caution!
European, Asian and African companies do not have legal aid in Canada!
Toronto Municipal Licensing & Standards Infrastructure and Development Services has no authority over Auctionexport ltd!
The Toronto City Police does not accept reports from European companies!
Auctionexport Ltd is a fraud company!
It's a lie that I didn't coordinate!
I bought the car in May 2022!
I didn't get the car and I didn't get my money back either!

Watch out with these thieves. Most common problems you will have are:
- The vehicle will not be in the condition as it is stated on their website. The actual damage is covered. Example: run & drive means you can actually run and drive the vehicle right? NOT for these guys. So even if you have a vehicle with seized engine, everybody knows that the vehicle is definitely NOT in the condition to drive. Well...these guys differ from opinion. We all know that a seized engine will cost at least 10K to fix that problem. So it is absolutely mandatory to communicate this 'small detail'. Oh well, do everything necessary to sell the car, even if it means consciously withholding information, right Auction Express?? And when you contact them about this small detail, their excuse is that they do not have a mechanic on duty and that they were not aware about that damage. Once again, they refer at the sentence "sold as-is" on their website. So even if the condition stated on their website is not correct, you as a customer should have known that the vehicle had a seized engine, just because of the sentence "sold as-is". OR according to them it is still your fault as a customer because you did not hire a mechanic to provide you full condition details. But then...if that so...why the information on their website about vehicle condition??
-They NEVER deliver on time. My first vehicle took 3 weeks to deliver from a certain harbour. My 3rd vehicle took 10 weeks from the SAME harbour.
- Just look up their office in Canada (use google maps) and see if you can find their sign or logo anywhere. NOPE! You will not! Could it be that they have an address just for mail? It surely is NOT an office where you can drive to to see these guys in real person. Only GOD may know where they are located.
- With every vehicle we bought, we paid for the full amount according to the bank, But according to Auction Export, the paid amount was not enough and that we had 10 or 12 dollars short. Even when we accepted to pay all the transaction costs.
- You can only get in touch with them via SKYPE. Do they have a landline number where you can get in touch with them? And I mean when you call them on their landline number they actually pick up the phone. NOPE!

By the way, I have had the chance to contact the former owner of the vehicle (the seller) and according to them it was known that the vehicle had a seized engine. Evidently, this information was confirmed by the local garage. Just before the vehicle was presented on Auction Export website, somehow someone made a dent on the trunk just to shift the attention from the real damage.

These issues are just a few of our many experiences with these guys.
So be carefull!

Be very careful these guys are Scammers. They will put one price in their website and charge another at the endo of the deal. They dont give money back. Do not i repeat make any business with these people.It doesn't matter how much they try to explain ,this Is stealing. Ve Bert careful do Not buy from this guys please.

I needed to buy a car abroad, I have always seen this auction export advertised on line, but I never trusted any online business due to all sort of Internet fraud. (Just imagine paying about $10,000 to a person you've neverseen, a foreign account you don't know and a business you don't even trust.) It was a huge risk I had to try.
But after various attempts to fund my account failed, I almost gave up trying, until one day I received a call from Lisa who introduced herself as a customer service rep from auction export, she asked how she could be of help, I told her my challenges, first of all she told me about a local usd account in my country that i could use for payment if paying directly to a foreign account was a problem and secondly asked me the kind of car I wanted and at what rate, I explained to her, and that was it.
Few days later she mailed me pictures of the exact kind of car I wanted within my budget, I made payment and in less than 2 months I received my car here in Nigeria.

WATCH OUT. I have bought at least a dozen cars from them and have learned the hard way. The first onse without much issues. However the more expensive and more you buy you will experience the issues: for instance: higher acution fee, higher fee for amounts transferred, AND 'run&drive' is till 'as is'that means: starting the engine without engine pan and oil means: it starts and runs....BE AWARE. Legal actions taken but there is no LEGAL company registered in USA or CANADA. It is run from Russia. Only postal address in Canada. So be aware and dont make the same mistake. Just go to several other USA legit businesses.

I first turned to AuctionExport in 2017, when I was looking for a car that satisfied my requests regarding the technical part and pricing policy. AuctionExport handled my request one hundred percent. I was sure from the first minutes that these guys would not let me down and I was not mistaken.
In Kazakhstan, I recommend Auction Export to all my friends and acquaintances.Thank you for everything and good luck in your business!

They get the job done but there's plenty of room for improvement. Also have to keep in mind time zones, might be tricky for eu folks.

After speaking with customer support team, I placed a deposit and was not wrong. Few days ago I received an email from Auction Export that my car is in Lagos Port. Documents for the car were sent to me even earlier.

attached is the report from your agent in Ghana Oceanlane Shipping which also houses the office of auction export in Tema Ghana.

the condition of the car in the invoice attached from OceanLane is ''NON DRIVABLE'' .
OceanLane shipping charged me extra money Ghc620 for the condition of the car which states ''NON DRIVABLE'' on their invoice attached .

I am demanding a compensation after spending $8448.97 in total for a clean drivable car and received a ''NON DRIVABLE '' car.

this is very disappointing

attached is the invoice from Oceanlane Shipping Ghana which states vehicle is Non Drivable.

you can call Oceanlane and confirm the condition of the Car .

Hello Auction Export,

I have received my vehicle i purchased last month in Tema Port.
I am very disappointed with the condition of car as it is not RUN & DRIVE as stated .
The ignition does not turn on as in the picture advertised
The Engine is damaged and cracked at the piston side hence completely damaged engine.
The shipping had to tow the car from vessel to the port yard .

I am very disappointed. I need guidance on how to claim the damages.
