Their terms and conditions is designed to help then stay safe from police, auctionexport.com is a scam, they have time to reply reviews here but too busy to solve problems on their platform.
If you have account with them, just pray you don't fall Victim of unnecessary fees or when you request for refund.
Tell me why i will pay fee to deposit and if I'm no longer interested in buying and want to get my money back i will still pay additional fee. Please stay away from this scam

Hello everyone , Fatima will give me the chance and privilege to say thank to auction export, I purchased a vehicle from auction export on 19th of April RX 350 2019, I had dollars issue and I was unable to use my credit card, I message Fatima she just appear to me like an angel, she said I should calm down when I was frustrated bcos of dollars issue, she left her department followed me up till I was totally succeeded, she did shipping job , she did collections job , oh my God I don’t know how to thank you enough Fatima that will express how much I appreciate your generosity.

Malheureusement on a acheté la voiture par "BUY NOW d une valeur de 10500$ et par magie le véhicule nous revient à presque 17000$après les frais
Écoutez bien puisque on a eu quelques jours de retard il nous ont fait payer les pénalités( ce qui est normal jusque la)
Par la suite ils nous informe après avoir reçu l argent que la voiture était vendue sur un autre site vous vous rendez compte?
Ensuite pour nous rembourser notre argent (le restant) à notre grande surprise auction nous fait encore subire 3,8%de charges pour nous rembourser le reliquat :qu'elle malhonnêtes !
De 17000$je me retrouve avec 13500 dollar qu ils ne m ont jusqu'à présent pas remboursé cela fait 3 semaines qu'ils ont notre aargent je pense prendre un avocat pour récupérer mon argent

This was my first time using this company. My brother recommended them to me. We just bough a car to Poland and very happy with the purchase.

If there is a negative star, I will not hesitate to give one. I was told about this company by my brother who has never done business with them before which later I found out after it was too late. I bought a 2008 Toyota Camry (hybrid) car from auction-expo for $1175.00, Before I bought this car, I tried to make sure that this car qualifies for roro that is, run and drive and the driver door must be intact by reading their terms and conditions. I also tried to contact their customer service which someone will pick up and refusing to help and give his name and send my call to an agent who would not pick up the phone and she later respond to my voicemail after like 24 hours at least through an email never bother to call. Later, someone contacted to tell me that the car does not qualify for roro because it is a hybrid which they never mentioned in their terms and conditions. After they added all other hiidding fees and the total came up to $5058.00 what a huge amount for such a car and the worst part is that auction export went and reported this amount aginst the $1175.00 that I paid for the car to the Nigerian custom as was told by their assigned clearing and forwarding agent yeah right, as if he does not already know that that is what auction export normally do and I was billed an additional $3200.00 making a total of $8258.00 while a similar car in Nigeria is sold for between $3000.00 and $4000.00 that is, if you are even lucky enough to sell it for $4000.00. Now, I am stuck with the car while not able to sell it. Very selfish, greedy and ruthless company, they will prosper while they make you face big loss and cry. I Will never do business with this company again and never recommend. Stay away!

Oh I forgot, they will even try to steal your money while you ask for refund and it also took almost 90 days to receive the car and they do not never offer RORO service. They only use it to lure customer to think that they would they would pay less and receive

I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with my Experience with prestige shipping Inc of 501 New County Road, Unit A, Secaucus, NJ USA 07094. In order to help others avoid falling victim to their subpar services.

My recent encounter with this company was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish.

From the moment I engaged their services through a third party AuctionExport - which has not been helpful as well, I encountered a series of issues that showcased a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Communication was abysmal - I had to constantly follow up for updates on my shipment, and even then, their responses were vague and unhelpful.

The real trouble began when my shipment was finally in their hands.

It was clear that they had no regard for the condition of the items I entrusted to them. Upon receiving my package, I was horrified to find that the car was damaged due to careless handling and inadequate due care. It was evident that proper care was not taken to ensure the safety of my car.

To add insult to injury, their customer service proved to be unresponsive and unapologetic when I reached out to report that am yet to receive the bill of lading. Instead of taking responsibility and working towards a solution, they seemed disinterested and dismissive of my concerns. Which made me paid for a 7 days demurrage costs in Lagos which is avoidable if they had given me the bill of lading on time before ship arrives destination in lagos - Nigeria.

This felt like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers' trust and lack of information.

In conclusion, my experience with prestige shipping inc was a complete nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Their lack of professionalism, care for customers' belongings, and transparency in service delivery were truly disheartening. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a shipper that values their customers and their possessions.

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry for $4500, the maximum bid, using phone bidding. However, I was faced with unexpectedly expensive hidden charges from Auction Export. These charges included a buyer's/auction fee of $1453 and an exorbitant inland fee of $1000 which the agent on the phone did not disclose to me. These fees were only disclosed to me after I had won the bid, resulting in a significantly higher landing cost. As a result, it has become challenging for me to sell the car at the current market price for the same model in Nigeria. I feel that Auction Export took advantage of me, and this experience has left me with serious doubts about participating in any future auctions with them. It was an unfortunate and disappointing waste of time and money.

I do not recommend anyone to buy here.

they give you the possibility of making a purchase without the commercial agents without warning that the transport of the vehicle is obligatory by containers and after when you ask for the transport by roro they say that it is no longer possible.
however the calculator tells you that it is possible to do it with an amount of $2100 in roro.
but per container 4500$
and at the same time he takes your deposit of $1000 and refuses any dialogue.
they are dishonest and scammers I advise against all transactions with them.

My friend recommended the site to me. He had already bought a car with this company, but it was a long time ago. There were no particular problems, except for the fact that the website quoted one price for delivery to France, but the price turned out to be much higher. It was a surprise for me, but they explained to me that the calculator does not give the exact amount of delivery. Be careful with prices and check everything in advance.

Auction export, run from it. I paid $200 extra in charges and the blame is passed to world pay, how do you receive money as a business and transfer all the charges to the customer?

It is a very greedy company and they hid under the famous terms and condition which is totally flawed.

Shipping charges are claimed as estimate then the real quote comes as twice the price or 50% more than estimate.

I would never transact with Auction export ever again, I will make sure to take my business elsewhere.

I didnt wait for the auction, I choose the buy now to avoid all the stories I read but I have learnt either way you never win with Auction export.

I bid for a car and won it at $6000.
The shipping calculator states that it will cost $2000 to ship the car to cote d'ivoire.
I know received an invoice stating that I should pay $2900.
I call the customer service and they've told me that I have been correctly invoiced.
They took my deposit.
I'm highly disappointed with the service.

Importing cars with Auctionexport since 2019 (and since the first touch was such a remarkable experience) it has been a delightful experience, my sales representative (Lisa) has been relentless in finding cars that meet all my needs, and the rest the team also does the work related to the legalization and export of the vehicle to the ports of countries that do not have an embargo from the USA, they charge an extra fee outside the value of the car for these services, but it ends up compensating, I save and it is not necessary to travel and take care of shipments, I solve everything at the distance of a click! in general I recommend AuctionExport to anyone who resells or is looking for the car of their dreams (PS we can even negotiate prices)

I am reselling cars for more than 5 years and already 2 years am working with AuctionExport. This simplifies the process for me, I have one assigned sales agent for these 2 years, so I always work with the same person, who knows me and my needs. I usually buy old classic models, which I can not find here in Europe. As of now, don't remember anything bad about this service, cars are sent in time (I receive them after around 6 weeks) at the same condition, as on the photos. I hope everything will go like this further.
