Best experience booking with Alphapack Travel. Everything was organised for me from flights, transportation (transfers) and accommodation. All I had to do was make sure I got to the airport on time and the rest was a breeze. I've never had such a stress free experience when travelling. Spot on service that I received from Gwen at a time when I had no strength to look for flights as I was exhausted from the many flight cancellations. I needed to get my son out of China due to the Coronavirus in China outbreak in China. Gwen stood with me for almost the whole night to source tickets until my son was safely of China. World class service that left me thankful & grateful.

Thank you Maria, for your 5* Review. We are glad Alphapack Travel, was able to assist at this very
crucial time of desperation, and we were able to fly your son safely back home to his family . We look forward to keep offering you world class service.
Amazing service
Twice I have been Assisted by Gwen. On both occasions last munite bookings and I must say the best service I have had. At my lowest with the lose of my mother in law she showed compassion and over and above being professional. Words just can't describe how safe and supported I felt. Writing about it just is not doing it justice. Even now I feel so emotional just thinking about the two occasions especially on Saturday 18 2020.
Gwen you are a star you are more than a consultant you become part of the travelling family. Very comforting, I could go on and on. Thank you so much for your support.
