Staycation Scotland Ltd Recensioni

Lovely campervan, with everything we needed including an air fryer. Team at Staycation are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I booked Lulu for a week-long trip through the Highlands, and it was an amazing experience. The trip was absolutely wonderful, and Lulu had everything we needed. I already miss her!

The Staycation team was always friendly, helpful, and attentive, and they were ready to assist with any issues that arose during the trip.

The check-in in Edinburgh was also very convenient, especially for those flying into the city.

Staycation is a great local business, and I would definitely recommend them!

We hired Tia for 4 nights and headed down the north east of England. Great van, easy to drive, very well equipped, all mod cons and luxurious. The storage was good for the size of the van. Comfortable sleep. Welcome note was a nice friendly touch and staff were all lovely to deal with. Full instructions given when you pick up the van but also really useful YouTube video which I referred to a couple of times while away. We were off grid for the whole time and the battery life was extremely good. WiFi included which was great. On the day of pick up scheduled for 3pm, Jules at Staycation contacted me to say the van would be available from 10 am onwards and this would be complimentary. This was a lovely gesture and a fantastic start to our holiday. Would thoroughly recommend Staycation Scotland to friends and family. A little bit of luxury in a campervan. Can't wait to use them again.

Great service, ven was beautiful and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful during our trip. The dogs absolutely loved being part of the holiday. Such a lovely way to explore Scotland.

We had a fantastic time in our campervan. The van was equipped with everything you could need making it really feel like a home from home. Communication between Staycation Scotland and ourselves was excellent and the online dashboard made it simple to upload any documents needed. We loved every minute of our trip and would definitely recommend a campervan trip to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with staycation worth and. Our van ‘dolly Parton’ was excellent. So well equipped and looked after. A great, fun family holiday. Excellent to deal with. Highly recommend!

Staycation were a well organised company with good attention to detail. All we needed was in the van and the check in experience was details and reassuring.

We hired Layla for 5 nights to do the NC500. I was a bit nervous to drive the van initially however once I got going it was so easy! The sensors and rear reversing camera were a pleasant surprise too. The dog loved the van and she was great with all the travelling. We absolutely loved our trip and will definitely book again in the future. The full process from start to finish was so smooth. Would highly recommend Staycation Scotland.

This was our first ever camper van holiday and the full experience was fantastic thanks to Jules and the Staycation team.
They are so friendly and helpful, the initial booking was easy but the service when picking up the van is just superb. The induction process is so thorough you leave thinking you have been doing this for years!
I would highly recommend them and we will certainly be back, in fact I am already planning where to go next.
We travelled all round the Outer Hebrides and Stella (our vans name) had everything we required.
The vans are all superbly kitted out and in great condition.

We hired LuLu for our Trip to Isle of Uist/Barra and loved her. Everyone we dealt with at Staycation was amazing & they were efficient from start to in finish.
No Complaints & Will definitely be booking again. 5 Star+

We recently hired Margot from Staycation Scotland for a long weekend trip to Barra, taking along our two dogs, Gus and Barra, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Jules and her team at Staycation Scotland were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The handover was thorough and made us feel completely confident before setting off on our adventure. Margot was immaculate, beautifully equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free trip.
Travelling to Barra in a campervan was the perfect way to explore, and Margot quickly became our home from home. She was easy to drive, comfortable to live in, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space for us and the dogs. Gus and Barra settled in straight away and loved being part of the adventure.
The freedom of being able to wake up to stunning island views and explore at our own pace made the trip truly special. After long walks on Barra's beautiful beaches, it was wonderful to return to a warm, cosy campervan each evening.
Staycation Scotland clearly take great pride in their vehicles and customer service. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable campervan holiday in Scotland.
We're already looking forward to our next adventure with Margot!

We had a brilliant experience with Staycation Scotland! My partner and I rented Phoebe for a few days away. It was our first time on a campervan holiday but definitely won’t be the last!

We can’t recommend Staycation Scotland highly enough. The campers have everything you could need for your trip. The staff were so lovely and helpful-anything that we needed clarified or questions we had were answered. Everything from inital booking to returning went smoothly.
We’re already planning our next trip! And will definitely be returning to Staycation Scotland for our van. Big thanks to Jules and the team for helping us have such a brilliant trip

We hired Lyla for 10 nights for our NC500 (and Skye) trip, and it was the best decision we made. From start to finish Staycation Scotland were incredible to deal with, making all of our bucket-list-trip-dreams come true!

The van was incredibly clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to hire from Staycation Scotland again, we can't wait to come back and explore more of Scotland.

Very nice van, easy pickup and drop off.

Having Frida the van for the week made all our Scotland Bucket List dreams possible. It was an incredible week spent in a very reliable, spacious van perfectly kitted out for the sunny evenings and rainy days. Cannot fault it and will definitely be hiring again in the future!

Was deciding between car rental and hotels or a campervan. So happy I went a camper, and couldn't have picked a better company than Staycation. The van, Tia, was perfect. The set-up and easy driving made this holiday the best thing I've ever done. Go explore with Staycation.

The welcome was especially good when we went to get the van. Very thorough, friendly and professional.
And checkout very smooth also.
The van was well equipped and clean - well presented & well maintained.
The suspension means you are at one with the road however but then it was our first trip in a van so perhaps that's just how it is!
The booking process and the run up to collecting the van is perhaps over systematised. There is so much information and so many emails (and a lot of repetition) that inevitably someone like me doesn't take it all in.
I missed the fact that it was Glasgow collection. I was certain we had arranged Edinburgh as Glasgow is really inconvenient for us but van was in Glasgow.
That said when I did reach out to the team then the responses were quick, helpful and friendly so there are really good people behind the standard bland emails.
So overall a great experience and any issues likely caused by my lack of attention to relevant detail!

We’ve just got back from a weekend away with Staycation Scotland in Gigi… and honestly, I don’t even know where to start.

Gigi had absolutely everything we could have needed — and then loads more on top. It was so comfortable, incredibly well thought out, and surprisingly easy to drive (which was a big win for me!). You can tell a lot of care has gone into every little detail.

The video instructions were a game changer. Clear, simple, and actually really reassuring when you’re not quite sure what to expect — it made the whole experience feel easy from the get-go.

I went into this not really knowing what campervanning would be like… and came out wondering why we haven’t done it sooner. This isn’t just campervanning — this is campervanning at luxury level.

And the team? Just brilliant. So helpful, so responsive, and genuinely lovely to deal with.

Honestly… 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️
We’ll 100% be back.
