Alphapack Travel Recensioni

In October 2024 I used Rwanda Airways which i got the booking all done by my usual go to Travel Agency, Alpha Pack Travel. Once again whole experience was perfect from booking to flights. The quality that I always find with Alpha Pack is their exceptional after sales customer service. I can confidently recomend any one to use Alpha Pack Travel and I have used them times over.

I had an exceptional experience working with Gwen, who helped me book a flight from the UK to Harare for an important family function during the peak travel season in August when prices were skyrocketing. Gwen went above and beyond to find a reasonable deal, providing timely and accurate information and thoughtful suggestions throughout the process.

What truly stood out was her attention to detail and creativity—she added a fantastic sightseeing opportunity in Dubai during my return trip, which made the journey even more memorable. Her dedication and expertise turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and enjoyable one.

I highly recommend Gwen at Alphapack for her professionalism, resourcefulness, and outstanding customer service. She’s a travel agent who genuinely cares about her clients. I will be back!

I recently booked a trip to Zanzibar through Alphapack Travel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the very beginning, they were instrumental in suggesting the best hotels and tours, ensuring we had all the relevant visa requirements sorted out, and even handling our check-in when I faced WiFi issues.
A special shoutout to Gwen, who bent over backwards to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She truly takes the stress out of travel, making it a welcome and enjoyable experience. Even when the airline made a last-minute change, Gwen was online with us, despite the time difference, providing all the new details.
