Would not buy from this dealership…
Would not buy from this dealership again. Bought a second hand Kuga a couple of months ago. First the front water washer system stopped spraying within the first few weeks, took into my local Allen Ford dealership in Sittingbourne, and the rude, elderly woman behind reception, lectures me that its not covered by the warranty! as if i automatically know, as that is wear and tear and i am liable to pay for a new washer motor (she actually hadn't looked at the car). Then today, the warning light comes on for the oil to be serviced, well the car WAS serviced prior to me purchasing it, or so i thought!
Terrible customer service! save your sanity, pennies, and find a more reputable dealership.

New Ford Kuga ST Line PHEV…
I Ordered my new Ford Kuga ST Line PHEV in February and had it delivered to my front door in May.
I saved £3k on list price and was £1.6K cheaper than my local Ford dealer would come down to.
AMG gave me regular updates on production and shipping ETAs.
Very pleased with AMG and the whole process of buying a new car from start to finish.
This will probably be the last car I ever buy but would definitely recommend my family and friends to buying online from Allen Motor Group.
Defiantly the best way to buy a car and save £££.

Firstly I would just like to say a big thanks to James from the online team who I dealt with from start to finish! He was nothing less than excellent in the way he looked after me throughout the purchase. He's is every customers wish in a car salesman. I would have given 5 stars but the cars battery was completely dead when the delivery guy came to collect it so delivery didn't happen first time. I asked for a new battery to be fitted but the garage said it tested out OK. I have since had the battery replaced after receiving the car because it kept going into power saving mode because of the battery but hasn't since having the new one fitted. I would purchase from them again as overall it was an excellent service except for the battery issue.
First time on-line purchase
This was the first time buying a car on-line. I was a little apprehensive at first because I received responses from various people and it felt a bit disjointed. But once Wayne and Laura got involved they gave me the reassurance I needed and responded quickly to my e-mails. The car was delivered in super quick time.
It was a bit of a leap of faith going down the on-line route rather than via a showroom. But so far so good and I saved myself a few quid!

Absolutely wonderful from the team that sorted my car out to the gentleman that drove it down all the way from Romford for me which is a long way and he has sorted the car out and was really helpful. Everybody on the Ford Team was absolutely wonderful can’t complain at all very pleased..Nothing was to much trouble.
Avoid at all costs before it costs you all!
Please note despite the date being this far back the "case" has now been closed by the Ford Allen Group based in Rayleigh Weir, Stadium way. My Ford Transit Custom broke down on me back in February and had to have it towed back to my nearest Ford which is where this nightmare began never mind the reason for the break down alone.
It turns out the fault is the de-lamination of the wet belt, which is a common manufacturer fault in Ford Custom Vans. I was asked to provide evidence of the service history over the course of ownership. Having provided this information after going back to the garages, I was told there was information missing, such as dates, type of oil used etc.
Having provided the information again it would appear that the goal posts have been moved time and time again, with a new ridiculous request... serial numbers from the parts of the service completed 3 years ago, 3 services later.
If you do not want to fix the problem you are already aware of on a manufacturer level, just be honest with your customers instead of sending them on a wild futile goose chase.
Beyond a joke that I am still chasing a reasonable resolution to an already existing fault with Ford I am told through a customer resolution representative that unbeknown to myself the case has been closed, and I am still without my Van which is used for work purposes let alone trying to work out a replacement in the mean time.
For what I pay for this Van, to receive this level of deception, from a company as big as Ford to rectify a problem they already know about with their vans, is beyond a laughing matter.
If and when i get my van back, I vow to never go with Ford again and I am determined to make sure the company I work for will look to spread the word of how bad the customer service is from a face to face level upwards to a customer relations representative. and more.
Steer well clear of Ford if you want to save your money in this current climate!!!

Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Ordered my Focus ST with added track pack on Feb 2023 after having a great quote through carwow.
Eta was end of may. Car arrived beginning of may and the online team couldn’t have been any more helpful.
Buying a car blind and online is always nerve racking but Laura and the team from the Northampton online team were fantastic!

SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST WITH FORD
I bought/part exchange Ford Kuga plug in Hybrid 2020 in Rugby in January 23. Selling service was great. 3 months later battery died, not charging correctly, radio skips. I am trying to book a service on warranty for over a month now. Once booked over the phone but didn't get the confirmation email as promised. Trying to contact them, 24th in the queue to be connected. Request for call back 3 times, no one calls back. Went on the chat, "someone will call you back " that was 3 days before bank holiday. No one calls back. I want to give the car back now as it looks like service and warranty execution does not exist with Ford!
Looks like Ford does not great quality cars and takes NO responsibility, just your money.
Very disappointed.

On line sales- first time Ford buyer and never again. Order placed Dec 22 and went very smoothly- cannot fault. Estimated delivery early April 23. This is where it went downhill. Calls not returned. Customer team unavailable, messages not passed on. Economical with the truth as to where vehicle is actually located in uk (if indeed it actually was). Extremely poor service and nothing offered to correct. Sold my cheap runaround on the back of comms received. Now left with no vehicle and no confirmed delivery date. Reluctantly after waiting 5 months cancelled the order. Customer team appear not to be able to make decisions to put things right. Avoid and don’t be fooled - back to looking for another vehicle which will be the trusted German brands - assuming my deposit will be returned which no doubt will be the next challenge.

Great experience with exchange
I had a lovely experience exchanging my car which was smoothly done from start to finish, Dylan and Laura dealt with my exchange and were amazing professionals with contact on a regular basis so the exchange went well. I would recommend dealing with these two professionals as they are top notch at their jobs. I was very impressed with the Allen Ford online sales team in particular Dylan Chuter. Who was attentive and made the purchase so easy. He was so helpful and was always quick to reply to all my questions. I would highly recommend this service and Dylan to anyone wishing to purchase a car.
Avoid Allen Ford Swindon for servicing
Booked a service with Allen Ford in Swindon for a warranty issue, dropped off my car at 8am. Promised a call with updates later in the day. Received no such call and when I arrived at 5:30pm to pick up vehicle was told they hadn't looked at it. I did notice they had managed to move it around their car park.
Really disappointed, literally no point in taking bookings if you aren't going to honour them. Will be using a much more reliable local garage in the future, already do for other car and the prices are much more reasonable as well.
