Everyone in the dealership made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome.
Hayley Tongue was particularly helpful and only confirmed my thoughts about the Motability vehicle I was choosing. My mind was put completely at ease, so much so that I put my order in there and then, which had not been my plan for the day.
Extremely happy with my choice to use this dealership and couldn't recommend the team enough.

I had an amazing experience buying my 2025 MG ZS Hybrid from Acorn MG, and a huge part of that was down to Charlie. From the very start, she was absolutely brilliant, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely lovely to deal with.
Charlie made the whole process feel easy and comfortable, never pushy, just really focused on helping me find the right car for me. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and happy with my decision.
She was so warm, welcoming, and approachable that we even ended up making her a homemade cheese pie as a thank you.
I couldn’t be happier with my new car or the service I received. I would 100% recommend Acorn MG, and especially Charlie, to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Fantastic Customer Service
During our visit Chloe and the team were professional, friendly and happy to help us out. So much so that both myself and my partner walked away with a new car each. They even looked after our dogs so we could test drive the car together. Can’t recommend the guys highly enough. If you are looking for a new car go and talk to Chloe at MG Crewe

Dean phoned me to let me know I would…
Dean phoned me to let me know I would be able to swap my car for a newer model. He was very accommodating and helpful. I was able to test drive a couple of cars and drive them home to show my family.
I initially asked for the car to be in black, but due to no supply they were able to offer me an alternative which was better than the original.
The lady on the service desk was also very helpful and was able to quickly swap my plan to the new one.
