What a lovely experience I went looking for a suzuki dealership but found a MG dealership instead
Everyone of the staff we very very helpful including water bowl for a very hot dog and a air conditioned room we were dealt with by a really down to earth nice guy Sean in car sales who was fantastic very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful 10 out of 10 for customer service made the whole experience a really nice day only went to look at a car ended up putting a order in What a great dealership Acorn MG Crewe

We have had a fantastic experience from start to finish dealing with Acorn motor group. We have been assisted from start to finish with the purchasing of our car by Chloe. Chloe is an absolute credit to the Acorn group. She was quick in answering the phone and/or responding to emails. She talked us through every aspect of purchasing the car and explained each area in great detail so we were fully informed at all times. She was extremely approachable and so down to earth, in fact she was an outright star!!! We all need more Chloe’s in the world. Based on the service we received from Chloe at Crewe, we would have no hesitation in recommending the Acorn group to other prospective buyers. Looking th change my mobility car
Looking th change my mobility car, we called in at the MG garage in Crewe and spoke with a lovely guy, Louis. I explained what I was looking for. He was easy to talk with, answered all my questions, gave us honest and truthful advice, showed prices online, explained how the exchange would work and payments needed. I was interested in either a full electric or a hybrid. I didn't understand properly, just how the hybrid worked, but Louis fully explained how my driving of the car, the speeds I drive at, works the hybrid, by charging the battery at low speeds, then the petrol is used at higher speed. We took the car I had chosen for a test drive, where I tested out this and could feel the car change from battery to petrol.
On visiting the garage, I did not expect to choose a car there and then,but I did. I will be getting an MG Trophy in a beautiful blue.
Very impressed with the car and extremely impressed with Louis.

From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and professionalism. Chloe is such a very knowledgeable and helpful person . She wasn't pushy and helped me make the right choice of vehicle I required. I went back for a test drive and she came out with me.

Called in twice looking to change my mobility car, not due for 2 weeks, found their mobility advisor, polite, friendly, professional and very helpful. To the extent that paperwork completed and will be submitted when due, to save me having to call back. highly recommended, having been to other dealers who were not as attentive or helpful when they found out it was a mobility vehicle

Beware they will drain your screen wash .
Have always praised Acorn in every aspect of my dealings with them. However my latest experience has left a very sour taste. Purchased an MG HS from them just on a year ago, it was now due for its first service (2,600miles +-) neither of my local MG dealers get a good write up for service so I thought it was worth the 90 mile round trip to go back to Acorn. Molly and her colleague in the service department were the usual professional and friendly manner I have become accustom to with Acorn staff.
When you trust a dealer you don't bother to check what you are paying for, big mistake. It was only when I got home and checked the invoice I realised I had been charged £2.37 for Screen wash. I was quite surprised as I use a screen wash that I make-up myself and I had made sure the washer bottle was full before I took it for the service. I called Molly at Acorn and asked how they could put screen wash in the bottle when it was full. Her response shocked me. She told me that MG supply a sachet of 250ml to be used when a car is serviced. She then explained that the workshop would have drained the screen wash and refilled it. I have to believe her but now i have to drain what I have paid for and refill with my own screen wash. Would have been better off going to a local dealer and save the couple of gallons of petrol.
