Overall experience excellent
Overall experience was above expectations, I'm old school when it comes to service but pleasently surprised by Acorn MG, everything was done in a professional and friendly manner, definitely recommend, special mention for Chloe who I dealt with over the phone then who delivered the car for going the extra mile and ensuring I was 100% satisfied with the new car.

Chloe and Matt were both very helpful. We loved their chilled approach to selling cars…so much so that me and my wife both bought cars!!

I would like to thank Louis for being so caring with me. It's my first time in an automatic and on the test drive he was very understanding and listened to my needs and concerns.
On collecting the car he could tell I was nervous but put me at ease and went through all the controls and information in terms that were easy to understand.
A very polite young man a credit to the Acorn group.

Citroën Airbag Replacement
I am one of the thousands of C3 owners who received a recall notice last month to have the Takeda airbags replaced. This was later upgraded to a rare stop drive notice which caused a huge spike in the numbers of requests to have this job completed as soon as possible and there are news reports of people facing waits of several months.
I am so pleased to report that my experience with Acorn Motors in Crewe has been nothing short of excellent from the initial telephone enquiry through to the job being done today - on a Sunday when the service department is normally closed. All the staff are going above and beyond to try to facilitate refitting as many vehicles as they can in the shortest time possible.
I will certainly be returning when I need any further service.

Very annoyed with today's experience nowhere to park had to wait for a salesman to see us and basically said there was nothing that would suit us after buying 2 new cars and a used 1 in the past I will not visit again.

I had a good experience throughout my…
I had a good experience throughout my visit to this garage .Louis the sales man was very proffesional knew what i was looking for after explaining my needs and it became an easy option for me to choose with no pressure selling i was left to look around the car having had a tour around the car and have a play around with the console buttons .
Everyone was friendly and proffesional which was something i found different in other garages whilst hunting for the right vehicle for us .Not forgetting Charlie who was my first point of contact who was very nice responded well to emails etc and also very proffesional .
Overall experience of the the test drive well it was great plenty of room for legs and the seats were comfy too and plenty of passenger room in the back which was one of my bug bears with other vehicles this one matched everything required .
The end result i ordered the MG HS Trophy which is perfect for me and my family a big bonus is i wont need to wait for delivery as the car is there waiting for my pick up date which is ideal no delays and no faffing about .
Thank you louis and Charlie for your valuable attention towards my requirements .

Pleasant and easy experience from start to finish. Decided to look at the car the evening before. Arranged to view and test drive at 10:30, part-ex and paperwork for new car completed by 1pm.
