Very professional, great clean atmosphere, Vik was amazing. Great experience worth the money and fast delivery of results. So far so good.

The call centre is really reluctant to allow you to speak with the clinic directly, including when you are lost and are walking around in the blazing sun for long periods trying to find the clinic after a long journey and they're not good at giving directions, send you the wrong way and only until you say you're going to leave it and go home do they help you.

The main contact number demands a deposit of money without sending an invoice and inundates you with calls and emails, whilst seemingly refusing to provide an invoice prior to payment.

The contact number is very inpatient, sarcastic and rude and doesn't give you a moment to think, they're only bothered about money and not actually about the customers and what questions they may have and needing help to get to the clinic.

This experience has put me off going with them and they have actually made themselves look like a scam from how poor the customer service is and behaviours when asking for money.

They contacted me to say that they had an offer on where they would waive the usual £150 consultation fee. So my husband and I travelled to Birmingham for the assessment to see if I would be suitable (I have a very strong prescription). The optometrist who offered the tests wasn’t able to get a few of them to work. She also recommended I have some sort of structural surgery too at an additional £3000 cost.
The welcome email said to expect to be there for an hour but with the delays in her being able to use the tests we were there closer to two hours.
Met with the surgeon who recommended I try a -3 contact lens as that’s likely what they could achieve. They offered to get them to me for £30 but I said “thank you but I will buy them myself as I could get them cheaper”. I asked several times about the cost of the surgery and the female optometrist said around £7,000 with the structural recommendation but the surgeon said not to bother with that and said around £4,000. The female optometrist said she could call me the next day with the figure.
No one called. So the next week I emailed in asking for a price. No reply. Emailed twice more, no reply.
I posted a google review about my wasted trip and their lack of response. Received a really horrible email back from them stating I had refused to try the -3 lenses and so they didn’t see the point in quoting me for surgery. Ironically, very short sighted of them, had that even been what happened.

We drove two hours to the appointment and it was an absolute waste of time. The customer service is non existent. No effort to repair their failings or even offer a quote.
Really disappointing. Would not recommend.

Thanks to the whole AccuVision team, I now wake up every day with clear vision and without the hassle of glasses or contact lenses. It has been a seamless, positive experience from start to finish, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Thank you so much to the team at Solihull. It was an extremely personal 5* service, everyone knew my name upon arrival, and I felt very comfortable. Any questions I had were answered in detail and I didn’t feel rushed to make any decisions at all. My eyes were just under a -8.00 prescription and now my vision is even clearer than when I wore glasses and contact lenses. I’ve worn glasses since I was 7 years old, so it’s absolutely life changing. The procedure was fast and painless, with very little waiting around. So grateful to everyone involved in getting my eyes back to 20/20. Thank you! ⭐️

Fantastically honest advice. Having explained my situation to Karina, one of the optometrists, I was rather surprised to be told that surgery was not for me. That there would have been insufficient benefit to warrant undergoing surgery. Had I been told otherwise I would have undoubtedly have had the treatment and AccuVision would have had my money. I wasn't even charged for the telephone consultation. Very refreshing.

I have never had laser surgery and I wasn’t sure what to expect but the whole team make me feel very comfortable and they showed how confident they were in this procedure, everything was precise like clockwork and I am back to 20/20 vision within a week.

I couldn’t recommend Accuvision more. The entire experience was very friendly but also very professional. Everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble. My vision is amazing, and only a few years ago was not something I thought I would be able to experience. Anyone thinking about it don’t hesitate just go and have a chat, there is never any pressure.

As my eyesight declined with age, I became completely reliant on glasses, to the point where I was virtually blind without them. After visiting AccuVision for a consultation and deciding to go ahead with the procedure (Monovision for long-sight presbyopia), the results were amazing.

Despite being incredibly nervous on the day, the receptionist, along with Vik the optometrist and Takis the surgeon, made me feel really relaxed and safe. The procedure itself was painless, and within just a couple of hours after surgery, I was reading without glasses!

I got refered by my parents who still have perfect vision from going to Accuvision Solihull after 18 years and the customer care through the entire process was amazing! Would definitely recommend anyone to use Accuvision if there thinking about lazer eye surgery.

During the surgery itself, the surgeon talked me through the entire thing as it was happening and was calm the whole time aswell. As a person who is autistic this was a massive help!

I would never deal with this company again, the aftercare and unwillingness to help would stop me recommending this company to anyone. STAY CLEAR

What an experience! Amazing! I was told 6 years ago that I could not have corrective surgery, I battled on using 3 sets of glasses. A friend told me that technology had moved on and I should seek a consultation. I spent days researching the best place to go. I could have driven 10 miles to one of the places that gets 100 people through a day and taken the ride on that human conveyor belt. Instead I found AccuVision, a team that focus on quality not quantity with an absolute dedication to providing you with the best possible solution and more importantly, after care that far surpassed my expectations. I first met Victor, an absolute gentleman Victor quickly managed my expectations and after a very thorough examination told me I could indeed have corrective surgery. After 2 hours Victor sent me out of the clinic to have a walk with 2 contact lenses in that would replicate my sight post op. I came back very excited and booked my surgery. 2 weeks later I had my surgery and could immediately see so much better. Over the coming days and after care visits my vision got better and better and far surpassed the contact lense experience. I had a balanced procedure giving me long distance in 1 eye and near vision in the other, allowing my brain to balance the vision the outcome is amazing. The clarity close up is crystal clear. I threw all of my glasses in the bin and have been glasses free for 2 weeks. Your eyes are important and if you are putting your eyes in the care of a team of people you need to make sure they are the right people. AccuVision are those people. Amazing hospitality from start to finish. I was made aware of any risks in detail, I was advised of what to expect and I couldn’t be any happier with the result. Everyone in the Solihull branch was so lovely, accommodating and the procedure was over within minutes. Highly recommended for anyone thinking twice about getting laser eye surgery!
