The second time I have dealt with this company, the second terrible review. I have never reviewed any other lawyers. Truly awful. Have had a willing buyer, a willing seller (who know each other), and funds in place for over 3 months. Not a single problem to resolve in all that time. Still unable to draw down funds. Utter incompetence, combined with complete and absolute disinterest in moving forward despite repeated requests. I honestly cannot believe the level of service. Do not use them if you can possibly avoid doing so. Not sure of the branch in Glasgow - last time it was waterloo st.

This is the second time I have used Aberdein Considine Dyce branch to sell a property.
Karen Whyte dealt with both of these, her advice and knowledge was excellent both times at initial consulations.
Tracey Connon, property advisor was also excellent throughout this process, and nothing was too much for her.
Highly recommend this company if you need to sell property.

I have been twice a client of AC's Edinburgh team in recent months as I had my mum's house to sell for her as well as managing our own move. Overall they were thorough and very customer-focused. In particular the sales team and mortgage advisors were extremely efficient and responsive, and nothing was a problem to them. The deals went up to the wire in both cases but I think that is a wider issue. I would have no hesitation in going back to AC.

We have recently been selling our house through AC. All the members of the team there, including Archie who was the sales negotiator, as well as other members of the team involved at some point throughout the process (Jordan, Dawn, Milada, Kirsty) have been incredibly helpful. An extremely high professional standard has been met the entire process and communication has been excellent.

I used Aberdein Considine to sell my old property and buy my new one and they were outstanding. The estate agency team with Adam and Abbie were so helpful throughout the selling process and nothing was a bother. When they said they would be in touch, they were, documents were on time and correct and the rates were extremely competitive in the market. The property went to a closing date and the whole process was seamless and stress free.
Charlie and Kirsteen from the legal team took over from there and their expertise was first class in completing my sale and purchase. Again documents were on time, matters were chased where needed and in general everything was covered.
I cannot recommend this team enough for an end to end positive experience that was made much easier with them on board. I will be back in the offices in the New Year to update my will and other matters and I highly recommend this company

Selling my house with AC went extremely smoothly. Archie was great with very quick and helpful communication every step of the way. It happened to be quite difficult to get all parties in my chain to agree a date but Archie navigated it brilliantly and kept me in the loop. Overall a great service.
