Eleanor Comfort was professional, compassionate and very helpful through every step, ensuring I always felt supported. She guided me through the whole process, and never made me feel like any questions or concerns I had were invalid. Callum Finnie the Conveyancer was also excellent at answering my queries promptly and ensuring settlement went smoothly on key day. I would absolutely recommend the services of the Dyce office.

I couldn't recommend Aberdein Considine Dyce anymore. The service from start to finish was fantastic my property was on the market for 24 hours, all the staff have been fabulous and are very efficient.

We used the Dyce branch and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first point of contact until the sale went through, the staff were there guiding us through the whole process. Everything carried out was done promptly and professionally and the office were there with any answers we required. We were fortunate enough to receive an offer 4 hours after the house went on the market and I do believe thats down to the efficiency of marketing by Aberdein Considine and keeping jn touch with known interested parties.
