I was extremely pleased with the way Duncan conducted the viewing. He was professional, friendly, patient and very helpful throughout. He took his time to explain the details of the property to me and made sure I understood everything clearly.

I particularly appreciated the way he communicated with me. He was respectful and approachable, listened to my questions and provided clear and helpful answers. His manner gave me a very positive impression and made the viewing an enjoyable experience.

I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and the effort he made to ensure that I felt comfortable and well informed. I believe this type of excellent customer service deserves to be recognised.
