We had an excellent experience with Aberdein Considine when selling our property and purchasing our new home. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. There was always someone on hand to answer any questions we had, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Everyone we dealt with was brilliant—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to delivering great service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We recently looked to sell property in Aboyne, and so pleased we chose Aberdein Considine to work with us.

Communication is key with selling property, and we could not fault the whole team. We were constantly updated as to progress, and any questions we had along the journey were answered efficiently every time.

When I originally cold-called AC with the property enquiry their representative was almost instantly able to answer all my queries. This included explaining ADS and what that amount would approximately be. This was followed up with a detailed quote. Indeed all points of contact with AC impressed me with immediate knowledge and able to answer my questions, not just flowery language.

I also took their mortgage broker option which I felt allowed me to access the right mortgage for my situation (something I'd not normally do), there is a fee for this but I felt it was worth this fee and 'tied in' the mortgage app process to the purchase process, reducing my stress levels.
I'm now in the process of selling another property, also with AC. I feel they give more attention to detail - such as vetting potential buyers prior to them viewing. AC also offer free viewings - something other Solicitors charge for.
AC are a little more expensive (on the surface - however their photographic package is cheaper) but I would suggest it is money well spent, as they do provide a better, less stressful service. I have felt the other Solicitors are more volume based, as thus each client appears to get less attention. I'd recommend AC even if they are a touch more expensive - its money worthwhile spent.

The team at Ab Con at Banchory very professional from the start. Helpful, friendly, always clear and concise. They made the process of moving very smooth and hassle free. Each person we dealt with were able to answer our questions. Never in our dreams did we think our property would sell within in six days, that was beyond our expectations. They never pressurised us to find our next property quickly merely reassured us and advised us not to rush into anything that we weren't happy with. It all fell into place and between them and our removals firm, our move was very smooth.
