Impeccable Service
From the minute we decided to go with Aberdein Considine to the conclusion of our sale and purchase of our new home the customer service was impeccable. Nikki, Morven, Lauren, Danielle and Laura were knowledgeable, experienced and professional and we would recommend them to our family and friends. Hopefully we are in our forever home but if circumstances change, we would have no hesitation in using Aberdein Considine again.

Better than who I’m selling with
Selling with other agency but wish I used these guys instead. Every time I call up to make a viewing request the agent is helpful as is the person who conducts the viewings. I also receive a call to see how I got on with the viewings a couple days after them (so they can pass info to seller I imagine) which is something I wish my agent did. Richard, Kyle & Morvin who I have spoken with / seen at houses have all been very helpful. I will keep this in mind if I sell again in the future.

Brilliant service from Aberdein…
Brilliant service from Aberdein Considine from beginning to end; from Kelly Ann Hay’s stellar work and advice as valuer, the marketing, through to the legal and conveyancing work. Nothing was too much trouble and they had our property under offer within five days! Do yourself a favour and go with the best if you want your property sold. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I switched my selling agents to…
I switched my selling agents to Aberdeen Considine recently to sell my flat. Kelly came to do a valuation and we got the ball rolling. The property went live on Friday and I had an offer within 5 days. Robert Kelly and the whole team have been great and so supportive.

Positive Experience - Aberdeen House Sale
We recently used Aberdein Considine for the sale of our home in Aberdeen (August 22). From start to finish nothing was too much trouble and the team guided us through achieving our desired valuation and ultimately our sale price. With Aberdein Considine being a member of ASPC, this also helped us achieve the maximum number of viewings and ultimately multiple offers at closing date. I would not hesitate in using the services of Aberdein Considine in the future.

Sale and Purchase of House
Used Aberdein Considine for when we moved into a new build for both purchase of the new house and sale of our old one. Really pleased with the service we received - everything was explained to us with total clarity any and all queries were responded to promptly. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we felt listened to. Would definitely recommend
