Aberdien Considine did a wonderful job of
securing our apartment purchase. Paul was especially skilled and professional with excellent communication skills. Because we were buying from overseas, we were totally dependent on our online bank. Unfortunately there were transfers limitations which threatened our entrance date ( and a potential lateness fine). Paul however sorted it all out for us. He is a true asset to the company.

We recently completed a successful sale with AC&Co.

From the beginning the whole team (Aoife, Rich, Samantha and Erin were really incredible) the communication and support was truly superb.

Other agents had complex fee structures that wouldnt have worked out better but AC&Co’s fees were very clear from the start.

Highly recommend to utilize their social media advertising as well.

I am a first time buyer and one who was pretty much clueless about the process of buying a property. The team at Aberdein Considine have been extremely helpful and patient from the very beginning. I feel that I have been offered honest advice about mortgage options and also about various insurances I need. The fees were quoted from the beginning so I had a very clear idea of these. I was kept regularly updated throughout the process and was guided along through the steps with clear instructions as to what I needed to do and what would happen next. This was very reassuring. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and welcomed any questions (though I didn't have many as everything was explained so well to begin with). Everyone I dealt with at Aberdein Considine during the recent sale of my property was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with everything involved in the sale at all times. They arranged surveys and viewings and costs were very reasonable. During the latter stages of the sale they made things easier for me by sending documents to be signed to the Inverurie office. My lease got taken over by Aberdein Considine at the start of the year during my university degree in Aberdeen. The flat came with cleaning and marks on the walls from the previous tenant but I was told not to worry about it by the previous landlord. The company was sold to Abedein considine and I had covered these marks on the walls damage behind the door ect with paint in hopes it would fade by the end of the lease as the property was painted several years ago. Upon leaving the property due to parking issues Aberdein considine failed to address and increasing costs in the city I contacted and called them directly in the Aberdeen office and recieved no reply. This was march so I sent a message through their website and an email to a employee that was no longer working at the agency. After 5 days I tried to call again and left 2 voicemails requesting to end my lease as well as messages through their homepage. Again no reply and it was 1 month until the notice period. 6 days later I was concerned (Working full time and doing university essays) I then decided to put through a maintenance issue checking if it had been recieved. The company claimed there was no records, I was lying ect and had to end my lease 6 days after claiming £100 for rent when I wasnt there. Upon leaving everything was cleaned wiped and turned down into an unfurnished property with the marks on the wall of fresh paint. The damage behind the door despite being shown on the original inventory was charged ina additional to the paint work. The marks on the wall photographed were also charged and a cleaning fine for "Tops of cupboards and inbetween fridge and cabinets" was also charged. How much for this considering I got a quote online for £250 to paint the whole apartment and the cleaning would of taken 2 hours maximum? £530 was subtracted from the deposit for damage repair, cleaning, and repainting. I am not in a financial position to make a legal action against the company Im a student. Honestly Scotland would be better off without these companies truly horrible.

With having to sell property for an elderly relative having to go into a nursing home, I was at a loss to where I should begin & as the relative's existing solicitor made it so hard to get the process started, decided to try AC after being recommended by a friend. I started with an informal online chat which led them to arrange a visit of the property to discuss price & options & also visit this relative at care home, I cannot recommend & thank Aberdein Considine enough! All the team were exceptional in guiding me through the whole process which led to a very surprising quick sale!!

I recently used Aberdein Consedine services for mortgage broker and conveyancing when purchasing my flat , the process was slick and communication second to none. Scott, my mortgage broker was very knowledgeable and understood my needs , the communication from him was timely and I had the added benefit of having my broker and lawyer under one roof. Amy and Morven assisted with the conveyancing side and I found them both to be extremely professional and answered any questions and concerns I had throughout the whole process. From mortgage application to getting the keys it was only 19 days. Amazing!!!
