I have dealt with Jade Shepperdson for over 12 years now for the letting of our flats in Aberdeen and have always had first class service from her and also John Sherwood in her absence. They are highly responsive, always keeping me informed at every stage of the process and also keeping us up to date with letting regulations, etc. I can’t recommend highly enough.

The week towards the actual closing date was handled deftly by the team. Morven was attentive and supportive. The selling of the property went less well in that there would be weeks gone by when we didn't hear from anyone. I decided to sell our property through Aberdeen considine as wanted a one point of contact for all aspects of selling.
Best decision ever.
Kelly Ann Hay was excellent at providing the valuation and explaining the process, so helpful through the first stage , which was the most stressful as had some issues with property getting it prepared for selling.
Buy she got it all sorted out using her contacts with external contractors to resolve the issues.
Then had our financial meeting with Nikki Christie and she sorted out our new morgage excellent, getting us the best deals using all her knowledge and expertise.
Our solicitor Robert Fraser was so professional in communication with myself and my new property solicitors, achieving us the best deals.
Then the final stages of the whole process, we had to deal with Kate Rucina the companies Paralegal.
She was the Star of the whole process.
The final stages of the whole process is the most stressful.
But Kate was excellent in everything that needed done to get things all tied up.
From explaining the process, to always making sure that it was all explained properly.
Her communication with us was 5 Star as she always responded so quickly with everything.

They helped me find a house, then when I moved to Germany I use their service to rent the property and finally sell it. These solicitors are great, even when something did not work with property maintenance, like during Covid, they were always happy to listen and recognise the problems. Special thanks to Nikki for guiding me throughout the process, and helping me throughout.

I have used Aberdein Co siebie on a couple of occasions. We have rented a flat from them (everything was great) and we have used the service of a financial advisor, Nikki Christie. Nikki has proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable. We had two advisors, the other (from Firat Mortgage) made a mistake and advised us incorrectly. If we had listened to him we wouldn’t have been able to buy a house as he suggested we would need a 25% deposit, which was beyond our capabilities. Nikki said we would only need 10%. It was hard for us to trust one advisor over another but we decided to trust her as she had so much knowledge about mortgages and all the available lenders. It has turned out that the bank indeed required only 10% and we now have a valid mortgage offer from Halifax. I recommend her service to non-British people like us as there are additional conditions to be taken into consideration and the number of lenders is very limited when one does not have a settlement. She was proficient in this and advised us well. We are also thinking of contracting Aberdein Considine to sell our current property - they might not be the cheapest but I believe they are the best.
