Whilst I’m unable to comment on whether the charger works or not (as I haven’t got an EV yet!!) I want to flag up a big thank you to Martin for the job he did yesterday.

His work was unbelievably neat and tidy. He was patient and helpful when confronted by my many questions and he made sure I understood the system before he left me.

For a matter so complex for a customer venturing into unknown territory, you, Danielle and Martin have made this acquisition and installation the most straightforward process possible.

I shall certainly be able to recommend you to others!

I used 247EV as they had been recommended locally multiple times. Comms were great and Chris attended at a suitable time to offer his advice.
Instal was great, no issues and really happy with the Anderson A3.

I'd definitely use again and also recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. From ordering my HyperVolt Pro3 to installing it I was kept well informed the engineer arrived on schedule and completed the job quickly and professionally. Engineer was very pleased and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Engineer turned up for appointment at arranged time. He discussed options with me. Once agreed he completed the work efficiently, tidying as he went. Once the installation was completed he explained how the system worked. First class installation and service.

Great from start to finish.

I order a Hypervolt charger of their website and paid for standard fitting upfront knowing that any thing more in-depth or complicated work me ‘non-standard’ and be added on.

Within 24 hours of my purchase 247ev were in tough and I filled out there survey. The same afternoon a fitting date was confirmed and the finer details passed to the engineer for final fitting and any national grid paperwork.

To my surprise my all fitting was covered even though my choice wasn’t the easiest option

The team were great from the ones on the phone to the engineer who came out to do the install

Good web site explaining process to be followed. Once ordered easy to follow survey via app. Follow up phone call to clarify a couple of points. Kept informed with progress, advised shortly before engineer arrived to fit the unit.
Overall a good experience confident that, should any issues arise, they will be quickly resolved

247EV Ltd were the chosen installers for our Hypervolt EV charger. Very pleased with the service we have received with good communications throughout. Installation took place quickly and professionally. Fully briefed on the charger and now able to charge with both on and off peak electricity.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a tricky installation in an old property where the incoming power was on the opposite side of the house to where I wanted the EV charger installed. The 247 team talked me through the options on the phone. On the day the installers were brilliant, persevered with some tricky floorboards and got the charger all set up exactly how I wanted it! Highly recommended!

247ev were gray throughout the process for my EV charger. They were the recommended provider in my area for the supplier, Hypervolt, of my EV charger nonetheless I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From Chris who did all the survey work, done remotely with photos and forms, and calls to check and qualify. To Danny who did the actual install. Danny was very efficient, worked with me to take the power off on a time for me to manage work engagement, cleaned up all the mess and taking me through the app setup.

Recent installation of home charger, very smooth from start to finish and a very tidy installation by Martin.

Great service came on day and time arranged unfortunately the charger had not been delivered by courier in time. Cameron the installer fitted all he could and arranged to come back at a suitable time and complete the work. Very satisfied with the final result
