The electrician turned up on time
The electrician turned up on time - and did an excellent job. He hardly bothered me and took about 4 hours. Kept mess to a minimum and tidied up after. The installation of the ohme charger was done efficiently and on time!

247ev installed our Hypervolt Home 3 Pro
We used 247ev as our Hypervolt home 3 pro installer. They let us pay in 3 interest free installments with Klarna and were very clear and friendly with comms about when the installation would happen (thanks Danielle!).
The efficient installation was completed by Devon Renewables and couldn't have gone smoother in our June 2022 built property.
I'd highly recommend 247ev if you're getting your car charger installed.

Excellent Experience
Really good to deal with all the way through the process. Pre-Installation the team were in touch regularly to get the job setup and answer any questions. Install was really good, wiring and ev charger box finishes were very neat and tidy. Would strongly recommend for any ev charger install works.

Outstanding service
The whole service was outstanding. From contacting them for a quote, comprehensive QA of how the EV could be installed and linked to my electricity provider and scheduling a visit for installation. In the schedule day (and within the time), the installer came and made the whole service in less than 2h (including testing) explaing all tge steps. My only suggestion for improvement would be in the payment which needed to by phone (a bit 20th century for ev charging). Otherwise, communication (before and after installation) was great.

Overall a very good service
Overall a very good service. The appointment to install my charger was easy to arrange and communication throughout was very clear.
My installer was very courteous and explained what he was going to do. He did a very neat job.

The installer hit a few snags due to…
The installer hit a few snags due to the construction of my 1950s end terrace, which meant the installation took longer than expected.
Rather than go through the handover/registration process, the installer bailed as soon as the charger was fitted and linked to my WiFi account.
The final process was simple enough to complete but reading the instructions, it was a process he should have done with me as an observer.
I would not say I was all that happy with the installation and thought that my 3 star review would have indicated that. The installer also promised to come back the following week to tidy up the awful cable trunking that he fitted, funnily enough, I'm still waiting.
Installer said that he could be hired to fit 2 chargers a day if he wanted, which is fine so long as there are no issues. If you kept it to just one charger a day, the quality might improve.

Hypervolt home pro 3 unit & install 2025
I recently ordered a Hypervolt home pro 3 from Hypervolt‘s website. 247EV’s installation team were quickly in contact to discuss and agree on potential cable routes. My install in a thick-walled Victorian house, was ‘non-standard’ with some distance and obstacles between meter and charger location. 247EV did their best to route cables through the property in the neatest and most efficient way. The unit itself seems excellent quality, sleek & sturdy and has a low profile even with the 7.5m cable. LED modes and adjustments are good. Maybe a user created LED sequence would be nice if it was available in future. The mobile app is straightforward & intuitive with a clean look. The electrical certificate and warranty was with me the day after install.
I am happy with the result and would recommend the Hypervolt Home Pro 3 to anyone considering a home charging point.

Cheaper than local electricians and…
Cheaper than local electricians and proper process in place. Installed without hassle and able to provide ground works. I was a little surprised the armoured cable was buried just below the surface. The reasoning given was it was going under paving and shale so low risk of someone putting a spade through it.
