After months of struggling to get a charge point installation quote from other installers, 247.ev for back swiftly with a very competing quote.

The installer was a nice guy, and clearly knew his stuff. Ours was an unusual install, replacing an old charge point and adding in ethernet connectivity, with complex cable routing, but he took it all in his stride despite the icy weather.

He took the time to help me get the app up and running. The installation is neat and tidy, and everything is working perfectly. Top job.

Arrived on time and had very he needed to complete the job. Checked where I wanted the charger installed and walked through the route of the cable. I was able to tweak the route to better meet our needs. Electric connections to our fuse box were explained. The test of the charger connectivity was simple and worked first time. The HyperVolt app was quick to understand and worked straight away. We had the car charging within minutes of completing the installation. Very happy with the service provided from booking the installation and answering my questions prior to the work being carried out, to the completion of the job. Well done to the team.

Chris Ridly and Dave the engineer from 24/7EV were fantastic, Chris has been helpful from start to end, and guided me through everything i needed to know. 24/7EV as a company I would definitely recommend. I've contacted other companies before 24/7EV and they were nowhere near helpful nor as quick to finalise a quote and for installation. Also they do installations on weekends. Perfect.!!

I was slightly worried about getting an EV charger installed as my meter cupboard is tiny and already has a smart meter and two full distribution boards filling it, so I was worried it had the potential for major cost runaway. After speaking to 27/7 EV (following a colleague recommendation), I did the home survey questionnaire and a video of where it would be installed. They contacted me the next day and suggested a small outdoor IP rated board with the RCBO and surge arrestor in tucked in at the side of the front door, with the charger mounted on the front of the house. This was all included in the installation price. The whole process was so easy and seamless and took just over a week from first contact to installation.

The man who came to fit the charger on the day was very polite and was obviously very passionate about his work and only took a couple of hours (tidied up after himself as well). He spent time to show how to set up the charger and use the app. I am very pleased with the end product and am looking forward to moving to a cheap overnight tarrif. I went for the hypervolt 3 pro and it's a quality bit of kit with a really good app.
Would 100% recommend 24/7 EV.
