Was thrilled with the politeness, care, and following directions perfectly. Was also thrilled with the cost. Had them remove a recliner from my 3rd floor apartment. They did so without any problems, quickly, and don't know how else to express how happy I was with 1-800-got-junk total perfection.

Garret and Kingsley were terrific! They phoned with an expected arrival time and then when they were five minutes away. Upon arrival they clearly explained the pricing structure. All of my items were quickly loaded into the truck and the area was even swept clean. Definitely recommend and thanks again!

The Larry and Andrew were very nice and explained everything well. I was able to get my articles removed the same day I booked which was terrific. It's a great service.

Nate and John were friendly and professional. We had so much stuff in our basement and they were able to help us navigate making it all go away. They worked so hard but kept smiling through it all!

The service I received from the two gentleman who were so kind, professional, friendly and efficient.
I'd left a credit card in one of the seat cushions and not realized. They came all the way back to drop it off and did so with a genuine smile. I can't remember their names but I hope you can tract it. They both went above and beyond!

The team arrived at the appointed time, even called to see how best they could fit into my time schedule. They took the junk on the spot. Ban and Tom were great.

They have a special of $59 removal. I scheduled to remove 1 queen size bed that was right by the entrance door. Once they arrived to evaluate, they said the special expired and charged me instead $89. 00. First and last time I would require of your services.

It was great to have the same 4 men on the second move.

Timely, professional, courteous, hard working. They called ahead of arrival as promised, provided an accurate quote before starting, did not waste any time and were very efficient. It is not a cheap service, but their work is certainly worth the cost.

I had a next day confirmed scheduled appointment window. I spoke with a gentleman from 1-800-GOT-JUNK dispatch at 7:30am letting me know someone would be at my house within my appointment window of 8-10 am and that the guys we just finishing up where they were.
Four hours later, no one ever showed. No one ever reached out on why THEY did keep MY appointment. This was the first and last time I will ever use this company. Completely unacceptable service.
I called another company the same day and they actually completed the job-the same day.
