Excellent customer service and love the product! I highly recommend their products! We have several of the Premium Writeyboards in our office and find them to be a quality product and they look great too!

The marker I received in my sample packet didn't work, but otherwise the rest seems pretty great!

I ordered an original writeyboard (4'x8') and a matte writeyboard (4'x8'). Installing the original board over an old markerboard from Home Depot went well. I'm incredibly pleased with the surface and and how easy it is to erase and how completely dry-erase markers are erased using only an eraser. The matte board, on which I frequently use a projector, did not erase to my satisfaction with only an eraser (with cleaner, it erases perfectly but I prefer not to have my 4th graders - who help erase - using cleaner). I voiced this concern to writeyboard and they immediately replaced the matte board with another original board (excellent customer service!). For projecting, the matte board is great, but the original board works fine, too.

The order was incorrect, however Jared was punctual and prompt in addressing my concerns. If not for the great staff I’d return the product. The order issue is the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars.

The whitey board stained with their own pens and wrinkled. The staff apologized and sent another one but the instructions misrepresented the product. We restretched the board and it is better now but we were not warned.

We bought this for our ten year old’s birthday. She loves to draw and what’s better than a 5x7 canvass that can be wiped clean to start the next masterpiece?

Writeyboard helps our organization with its' whiteboard needs regularly. I deal directly with Mary Rahmel who is both professional and courteous. Their products arrived promptly and they are reliable and highly functional. I would recommend them for anyone with whiteboard needs!

We purchased the glossy writeyboard to use in the gathering room at our small school. We use it for the calendar/schedule changes, etc. Things that we write today wipe off easily, but more importantly, things that were written a week ago wipe off just as easily. It was easy to apply, went up quickly and smoothly, and the customer service was also phenomenal. They'll even send you a sample so you can see how it works for yourself.

Price is expensive & the product was hard to work with, but that could be normal for this type of paint. The outcome is below average, the finish is not smooth and erasing is difficult and it's extremely difficult for kids. They were excited about it at first, but got less and less exciting after each erasing experience. Now the white painted wall will likely never be used again!! So I have to come up with plan B for the coverage area, most likely just buy a white board and install it over it.

Customer service was good, they respond to email fairly quickly and they were kind to send me an additional paint for free to complete the job.

The product itself so far seems to be adequate for our needs. The issues we faced was with the order and installation.

2 out of the 3 custom length pieces that I ordered were not the correct length.The sheets were off by as much as 3 ft which kind of makes ordering custom lengths meaningless.

Also, using the provided 2x3 inch squeegees proved to be quite difficult. I would like to see them provide some tools that are better suited for whiteboards of this size. We switched to a micro fiber cloth for installation which was much better and faster. We just started from the middle and with a sweeping motion moved outwards.

If I had to do it again and cost didn't matter, I would choose a paint product instead.
