Best product, support, and team!

We first purchased the re-stickable foam backed board (the largest option available) but it never stayed put, the edges curled, and eventually fell off the wall all together, approximately 2 weeks later. We were unable to return the board since the window for that had closed but did exchange it for the original version-- which was cheaper than the $160 I paid the first time around... so out some money there. When the original version arrived it did include a free marker but it was open with the cap stuck to the other end like someone used it and threw it in the tube, of course the marker was dry and unusable. We haven't installed the original version yet but can't say we are that excited to do so.

Three stars since I haven't installed the original board yet and the exchange process was easy and customer service was pleasant to work with.

My customer satisfaction goes beyond the quality of their products, their customer service is also excellent. They really care that you have a good experience with their product, and if you are not satisfied with something they go out of their way to make sure any issue is rectified. My experience with Writeyboard gives me confidence to make future purchases with them and to recommend them to my medical school classmates.

Great quality board, easy to order. A few problems with shipping though, first sample didn't arrive, second sample did arrive but it was sent as a letter rather than a package so I had to pay postage on it. Otherwise, the product itself is great.

This Writeyboard is great. I love the ease of making a note without hunting for pen and paper, then misplacing the paper and lose it. NOW!! It's right there where I put it.
The people are terrific. Answered my questions and are very polite and make you feel like your talking with a close friend. I would recommend this to everyone.

I'm amazed that WB can put out a product this well-designed and packaged, that works as advertised, at such a low price.

I order the product via Amazon, and that was a mistake since I received a counterfeit product... live and learn about the dangers of Amazon. Even though it was not the WriteyBoards problem they were amazing. They stood behind the product and their representative was a delight to work with... I say contact the company direct and get the real deal.

I was so excited to buy this product but even after following every step the product is of very very poor quality. Unable to rub off marking easily. Its hard to clean the board. I regret not sticking to the standard mountable whiteboards.

If I could give this thing -5 stars I would! Save your money folks and get a real white board!! I have gone through two of these things before I put the first marker on it. Following the instructions to the letter the first time ended up costing me an additional 90 bucks out of my pocket to replace it. So in comes the second one...well unless you have a team of people helping you and you measure with hair from your own head, you will end up with a huge wrinkle in the middle. Don't pull it off and try again!!! You'll pay for another board. Worst product I've ever seen and once my office moves, I don't care if I have to pay to replace every single wall...I'm hanging a real white board in every location. This product is pure JUNK!!!!

First of all everything went very well, pretty nice CS Agent, quick an precise answer, very appreciated.

After some mail exchange, you agreed to send us some sample (paint + vinyl sample), that was on March 31st.

A week ago I realized that our cie was mooving in our new facilities and I've never heard back about those sample! Quick mail to Mary, oups, something went wrong on your side an no one knows why the sample never left?

No biggie, she offered right away to send me a new set of sample (except that you dont send Paint sample anymore...) That was the main part I was looking for since we have > 10 Conf room/office wall that we wanted to cover.

So that's the only thing that's stopping me for giving you a 5* rating! I could understand that now you've stopped sending Paint sample, but when I first asked for sample (3 months ago), there were no problem (and since the shipping problem was on your side, I thought that you could still send us that Paint sample!)

Anyway, I'll still wait for those vinyl sample and see if we take a bet with ordering that famous Paint Writeyboard!

My new black Writeyboard is fantastic. I got a custom size, and the customer service rep was prompt and very helpful. The board is really easy to install and works great!

I was excited about getting my board and for some reason my markers didn't work. I was disappointed because my co workers were already envious of my black board. So imagine how disappointed I was but after contacting the company they sent new markets right away ... And I am all smiles.

Love the purchase!
