We purchased a dining table and 4 queen beds from wooden street two months back. We still dont know where the dining table despite several calls which they dont answer or either put us on hold for several hours. They delivered beds after two months but has never sent a carpenter to assemble them. They ask to raise tickets but never respond to the tickets. Despite calling them every day for two months they don’t respond. They keep saying we will look into it whenever they answer. They dont give any details who we are talking to either. The products are worth 2 lakhs and everything is now put to waste.

Unfortunately, the only mistake we did is we have not seen any reviews before ordering.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GOODS IN WOODENSTREET. DON’T TRUST THEM. I STILL WONDER HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TILLDATE.

Purchased a TV Unit from Woodenstreet and noticed it had a defect when it was delivered. Contacted them the same day and was assured the carpenter will visit and fix it. Over the next few days, we started noticing more issues with the product, mainly cupboards do not close and drawers do not open. Filed multiple tickets and the issue is still unresolved even after 18 days. Customer support does not pick up the phone if you are an existing customer. If you choose new customer, you are connected immediately. They continue to say the same thing every time - issue will be fixed tomorrow - and try to close the issue as soon as possible. Still waiting after multiple assurances that it will be fixed. Haven't been able to use the product I purchased and they refused to take it back. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Tip for other customers: Do not purchase from this site. Customer service is non existent once you purchase the product. They talk nicely before you purchase the product and that's because they are only looking for new customers to scam.

I also feel cheated by Wooden Street Ahmedabad. I purchased sofa and dinning table .They delivered my order very late and also damaged. One of the legs of dining chair is broken.I placed replace demand but they didn't pay attention to my request as I also paid 100% fully paid online . Wooden Street is very cheater firm.
I think to consult Grahak Suraxa for it. Please never even visit or purchase anything from Wooden Street.

5-7 weeks to delivery don't buy guys very pathetic service.
if u think u have 2 months then buy but if the product comes defective again wait for months.

I have ordered study table few months ago and was delivered on time. Carpenter visited in a couple of days and found crack in one of the plank and said he would rise the complaint. So far, after around four months no body bothered to turn up and close the compliant. The carpenter also did a shabby work. Top portion of the table was not fixed properly and it almost not possible to move the table without damage.

I was a satisfied customer after buying my first two seater sofa through them. My issue is my experience with the second two seater sofa I bought from them. My complaints are:

1. Took 70 days to deliver! They claim to deliver within 5-7 weeks. They took the same length of time for the first sofa too. Terribly slow service.

2. Main complaint - The sofa ordered was a solid Irish Cream colour fabric sofa. The colour of the fabric on the sofa I received was of a different colour! It is not the colour shown in the photo on the website not is it 'Irish cream' colour.....a simple Google image search and comparison proves this.

3. Raising a complaint about this gets me a parrot like reply about all products going through quality checks and the quality team confirming that I indeed received what I had ordered! Twice I wrote to them and twice I have received the same reply!

Feeling cheated and frustrated!
The products look good though but buyers beware! Only time will tell about quality. The sofas are quite light-weight.... don't give the impression of quality wood being used.

I am writing this review to draw your attention towards the appauling shopping experience from your store located at HSR layout in Bangalore.

Detailed below are chain of events:

1. Petlin Sheesham Wood Coffee Table with 4 seating stools (Honey Finish) on June 18, 2022. Order no - 296759

2. The order was delivered to me on August 18, 2022 after numerous follow-ups over phone and visit to the above mentioned store which was exactly 60th day from placing the order. At the time of placing the order I was informed the product would be delivered in 5-7 weeks which means in 49 days. from the beginning the expectations have not been met as the product was delayed by 11 days.

3. I had to raise a complaint since the bottom of one of the stools came-off. The ticket was raised on August 31, 2022. So you can see in less than 15 days the product started coming off which puts a question the quality as well

4. The carpenter from your side cam on September 01, 2022 to rectify the error. While repairing we showed the problem in other stools and the table had also developed cracks in between the joints. The carpenter clicked the photographs of the defects in products and advised that the product would be reversed pick-up and sent to workshop for repair.

5. The coffee table and 3 stools were reverse picked on September 03, 2022 from my house

6. September 08, 2022 the table and stools were delivered to me again after repair, however only the table was repaired and no repair done to stools. This forced me tor return the stools again for repair.

7. Today is the 9th day however no status update as to when they will be delivered.

8. I have been trying to get the status update over phone but each time when I called the customer service the responding executive would say that they need to transfer the call to bangalore team but once they transfer no one responds to the call and the call gets dropped automatically after sometime. For me this is a sheer lack of responsibility, accountability and customer centricity

9. I visited the same store as above as a dejected customer however everyone was trying to pass the buck from one to another. Finally one executive Suma tried to help with the problem however the lady incharge sitting inside the cabin used words like “send these non-sense people out and tell them that if the problem is not rectified by tomorrow they will issue the refund”. This is absolutely unacceptable since as a customer I have the right to complain if I experience a problem with the product and no one has the right to call me non-sense.

My intent of writing this review is to keep people informed as to how their executives are behaving with the customers and the sad state of SOP’s of their company.

Hopefully this might act as an insight for them to re-look at the vision they have for their company and brand.

Very bad experience shopping with wooden street. My bedroom has been occupied with their unfinished bed since 3 weeks now. The wooden sheet/ply used for bed is also very weak. The parts for bed could not be assembled since their sizing is incorrect. Paid 55 K for buying a headache from the store.

I had a horrible experience purchasing furniture here....

Experience is frustrating and regrettable!

1- “Delivery Time is huge” : 4-5 weeks for normal items like table and décor items and for bigger items sofa, bed and dining table it is 5-7 weeks. You have to wait for almost 2 months to receive the order. The time you spent in follow up is also huge, one can go to Ara Machine, buy woods, hire carpenter, and get the items done in a month. That would be cheaper, less time consuming and satisfying.
2- After waiting for 2 months you receive defective items. I received 70% of the items defective and few of my friends experienced the same thing (when I asked them, they were like you should have consulted us before buying from Wooden Street). In my case Corners were chipped off of the tables, shaky legs and scratches, tiles were broken not glues.
3- After receiving the defective items you again go the vicious circle. Call customer care (who doesn't care), write follow up emails, send pictures and videos, Go the store from you placed orders. Do some arguments and all that. It wastes another 2-3 weeks,
4- After wasting 3 months, if they accept your request (very unlikely) to send someone for service or to replace items - It takes another 4-5 or 5-7 weeks.
5- So in total you waste almost half a year with them, lots of time and money in follow ups, Stress and Frustration and at the end, what you get is a lesson Not to buy from Woodenstreet.

Note - Do not go one reviews of their website (it's all 5 stars or 4 stars), I posted review of 3 items (1 star) and those were never posted on their website. I think it's either fake or paid-up.

So, when I shifted to a new city, I was confused about buying or renting furniture items. Then my friend suggested; that I should visit the WoodenStreet store in my neighborhood. It was the first time when I was buying readymade furniture and not the old-fashioned carpenter building it in front of me. All the staff in the store were helpful and interested; they even helped me identify some of their best designs. After I bought the foldable table, they even gave me free delivery and installed it on the third floor inside my house. I truly loved their service. And the table is definitely worth the money I spent. Really amazing experience; I would recommend it 100%.

I watched the online website and was impressed with it. However, I was skeptical about buying furniture online. A friend of mine invited me to try it as she purchased few home decor items and one sofa bed, and loved the quality and service which she kept on yapping about.
Finally I was influenced by her good experience and visited their website to check the products they offer you. I loved so many designs of beds and wanted to place an order for many home decor items too but I restrained myself and ordered one poster bed for my new home. The bed is very beautiful and I am in love with it. When I received it I happily opened their well packed package and was elated to see the exact same piece. It was even more beautiful than the image and now it adds charm to our living room giving it a elegant yet fresh look.

Do not buy any furniture from woodenstreet, I have placed order worth 90K and it’s been 40 days there is no update on my order, there Helpdesk/WhatsApp chat/mobile number are all bogus and no one responds to customer query.
Most unprofessional team, I don’t know why their seniors don’t take any action but very poor service.

I have always supported offline businesses so that I can check the product for my satisfaction before buying. I never thought about purchasing furniture online. But when I was looking for items to decorate my new home, my boss and other colleagues were so influential that they downloaded the application of WoodenStreet on my phone and gave it to me to explore. After exploring a little, I found some amazing home decor items on their website, and the discount they were offering is also very captivating. After researching a lot, I decided to order one product first to check if they are authentic or not. So, I ordered a wall shelf, it was delivered to me last week, and since then, I m in awe of its design and look. I m surely going to order more items from WoodenStreet. Also, I'll highly recommend it to others. Great experience, Thank you, WoodenStreet team.

My life has changed completely post pandemic. My company wanted me to join the office at another location, so I had to relocate. I have always lived in my own house, having a room just the way I liked. After relocation, I missed being in my room. So, I decided to decorate my hostel’s room just like my old room. When I shared the room decoration idea with my roommate, she introduced me to Wooden Street. I am so thankful to her and Wooden Street for helping me get my personal room vibes in my hostel room. The affordable home furnishing items from Wooden Street are not only aesthetically pleasing but are really worth every penny.

My siblings always used to fight for more space over the study table. One day my friend suggested me to get them both a separate study table and I literally loved the idea. So, I started surfing the internet in search of a perfect study table for them. Then I fortunately landed on Wooden Street. I can’t express how lucky I feel after coming to this website. They have a special category for kid’s study tables as well. I made my siblings choose the study table for themselves. I ordered a Mabel kids study table for my brother and an Orlando study table for my sister . Now my siblings don’t fight over study space anymore.

They just take 100% advance and do not deliver the product within estimated time and they wont return your money either. They just keep on promising delivery date next week every time. They are looters, pathetic and liars. Dont be fooled by them. They are a big scam in the name of furniture. If you go to the their showroom, they also dont have any answers and they will talk to their customer support team which again will make false promises again and again which they were and are already doing from the beginning.

Ordered some decorative wall hangings on their website. Items not delivered and they don't respond to your mails and when you call customer service no one picks up. You won't know what to do as you pay for the item in advance. Think twice before you order from their website.

Worst Company. We ordered Product on 22June22 and no product till 13Aug22. Half refund done after huge fight daily leaving my work from Aug3rd. Complaint number '229204' They saying they need to cut wood and all reasons when we call. And no one from support know where is your product and why half refund

I want to bring to your attention that I am having a serious issue with the wooden street product I purchased 4 months, the issue is right from the first day, I ordered a particular product and they sent a different one, I asked them to change after multiple conversations they agreed to change the fame of the bed, now that they have changed the frame there is an issue where the matters get stuck when we lift the storage space and we literally need 3 people to bring it back down, one each on either side of the bed to pull it and once person to close the storage.

I have been escalating this issue and no one seems to help me in spite the product being new and recommending alterations to the new product. The last solution their person provided is the name Akshay Tripathi who claims he is in charge of Bangalore and says that he will put back the old frame and that means we are back to square one.

He does not even understand the problem or listen to the customer, I have had a lot of your brand names this is the first time I have purchased something from you and having a horrible time. I asked him to provide me with the management contact to who I can talk but he refused and said this is the solution take it or leave it, wow amazing service.
