Bought the bed and a mattress, but they delivered a defective and poor-quality product.
Not worth buying from them. also no response from the company for a replacement.
Its been a month now still they have 100 questions from me but no response from the company or even from the store.

I wasted my time visiting the showroom and glad did order online, such poor quality furniture it's unbelievable

I find their customer Service absolutely terrible. I ordered a coaster from their website and it comes with some defects and cracks. I approached the team to return & refund the amount for the item. Without informing they went ahead and sent me a replacement and said they can’t process a return because apparently „woodenstreet“ has the right to decide what is right.

I would recommend not to waste time and money on this website.

Worst experience with my last purchase with Wooden Street. do not recommend this store. Broken product delivered and then no response or resolution for the complaint raised.

Did not deliver products on time. False promises and commitments. Ordered multiple items and was on the edge of my seat throughout the process with only disappointments. Would not recommend this company.

I wish I had read reviews before buying from them.
Bought an expensive wooden temple, least i would expect it to have a Light fitting or provision, since the temple is with a door.
Tried calling the customer care to help, and they blatantly refused.
Wanted to return the product that too was refused.
Now i am stuck with an expensive piece of furniture, with no use, unless I get a carpenter and get work done from them!!

I ordered 4 items from Woodenstreet and they just delivered 2 of them, that's it. It's been 2.5 months since I made the order.

After multiple customer care interactions, they gave me 2 false commitment dates but did not deliver the products.

Also, the products I received had visible scratches. Customer care promised me the carpenter visit - which never happened.

In addition to that as per my experience:

they have a range of designs as compared to other sites

poor working website

bad customer service - they are always apologetic:) and ready to commit to the dates. That's it, nothing happens after that.

poor system - they close the ticket and don't update it. So they just give commitments on call. Nothing to track and in- written.

Nothing is right with these guys. Just into ads, do not expect after-sales services. Please avoid these guys as much as possible. Their attitude is pathetic. I am really suffering after buying their dinning table.
Their website only show fancy ads and all those goody customer review.

Exceptionally bad follow up and service, certainly LAST time would get anything from here.

Wooden bed was received but the fitment bolts were bent .. Raised a complaint with photos and its been a month now.. No action .. Pathetic service. I guess they are intersted in only new sales.. Service is hopeless

I have ordered for sofa bed on 9.8.22 vide order no. 322513. Un-assembled item reached me for assembling at my residence. But due to missing of parts and alignment disturbance, it could not be done. Left the un-assembled item at my residence on 30.8.22. Since then, it is lying at my residence. Pursued with the company through email, chats, phone calls but waste of time. Taken up the matter with National consumer forum. It is conveyed to NHC that item will be replaced. Waiting...waiting. I strongly recommend people not to purchase online. one star is also more for them.

All the bad reviews about wooden street are totally correct. Their deliveries are like hell. I would recommend not to buy anything from woodenstreet or get ready for a very frustating journey. their support teams talk like chat bots. and their senior manager promises a lot (even on writing) but they never work accordingly. I have ordered a bed it is yet to be dispatched by them. though it was showing packed 1 month back.
Please do not buy anything from them

Pathetic service from wooden street, i have ordered study table and chair from wooden street and it took them more than a week to deliver and iam still waiting for installation it's been 4 days i have been chasing there coustomer service but no postive answer. Other than that the same chair found on Flipkart and the difference is of 2k.

FAILED COMPANY. PLACED AN ORDER ON 12TH AUG 2022, THEY PROMISED DELIVERY IN 6 WEEKS. 24TH SEP 2022 I CALLED UP THEIR SO CALLED HELP LINE. WHICH IS USELESS. I SPOKE TO TEAM AND ASK I HAVE A FUNCTION AT HOME ON 6TH OCT SO PLEASE DELIVER BY THAT OR REFUND.THEY SAID WE WILL FOR SURE. THEN MY SUFFERING START. ON 1ST THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND TOMORROW. ON 2ND THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND TOMORROW. ON 3RD SAME STORY. ON 5TH THEY SAID PRODUCT NOT READY. THEN I GOT PROMISED FROM THEIR OPS HEAD THAT IT WILL BE DISPATCHED ON 10TH. I DIDNT TRUST AND YES I PROVED RIGHT.THEY ARE NOW SAYING THEY DISPATCHED ON 11TH.HOPEING TO GET IT. I WILL MAKE SURE PEOPLE REALISED THAT SUCH START UP ARE USELSS. ORDER NO 326037

They do not deliver even after several weeks of booking. You can't cancel either since they say if you have used any coupon or discount you can't cancel.
For this, they offer some few hundred rupees discount coupon and trap you.

There is no other left other than sending legal notice and approaching the consumer forum. Avoid this store at any cost. The tracking system is dysfunctional and each time there is new excuse, like following.

1.) Item got damaged in transit.
2.) Delayed due to rains.
3.) Delivery team is off today.
4.) Your call was not reachable for us to deliver.

Very bad experiemce with woodenstreet. They tale online order and said product will be delivered in 5-7 weeks but even after 8 weeks there is no update from them and no sign of product delivery. They donot allow cancelling the order, no refund!
they are simply cheaters taking 100% upfront money and totally not honouring delivery timelines. Customer support is useless.

Donot rely on them and never place any order with them. totally fraud

On September 13th they had placed a misleading information on their platform saying they a divan is available to be shipped in 5 days after order has been placed. Some of them had 2-3 weeks and others had 3-5 weeks. I had ordered this and expected it to at least reach me in two weeks.

Its October 3rd I had been back and forth with their customer service team who keeps telling me only one thing week on week. Its packed and kept will be out in the next shipment . Its a horrible horrible experience. Not worth it at all.

Today is 17th October I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT.

Very happy with the products and services from wooden street team. I had ordered Sofa and dining tables. All were delivered on time and good condition. Excellent quality of sheesham wood. Very supportive customer service team.

We purchased a dining table and 4 queen beds from wooden street two months back. We still dont know where the dining table despite several calls which they dont answer or either put us on hold for several hours. They delivered beds after two months but has never sent a carpenter to assemble them. They ask to raise tickets but never respond to the tickets. Despite calling them every day for two months they don’t respond. They keep saying we will look into it whenever they answer. They dont give any details who we are talking to either. The products are worth 2 lakhs and everything is now put to waste.

Unfortunately, the only mistake we did is we have not seen any reviews before ordering.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GOODS IN WOODENSTREET. DON’T TRUST THEM. I STILL WONDER HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TILLDATE.

Purchased a TV Unit from Woodenstreet and noticed it had a defect when it was delivered. Contacted them the same day and was assured the carpenter will visit and fix it. Over the next few days, we started noticing more issues with the product, mainly cupboards do not close and drawers do not open. Filed multiple tickets and the issue is still unresolved even after 18 days. Customer support does not pick up the phone if you are an existing customer. If you choose new customer, you are connected immediately. They continue to say the same thing every time - issue will be fixed tomorrow - and try to close the issue as soon as possible. Still waiting after multiple assurances that it will be fixed. Haven't been able to use the product I purchased and they refused to take it back. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Tip for other customers: Do not purchase from this site. Customer service is non existent once you purchase the product. They talk nicely before you purchase the product and that's because they are only looking for new customers to scam.
