Good product

My brother-in-law ordered a study table for my son around 12 days back, and the post-purchase experience has been terrible. Due to a small typo error in the pin code, the delivery has been completely halted.
​What makes it worse is Wakefit’s total lack of accountability. It is incredibly difficult to connect with their customer care team. When you finally do manage to get a representative on the line, they provide absolutely no proper solution or timeline. It’s been nearly two weeks of chasing them for a simple address correction. Very disappointed with this careless approach to customer satisfaction.

- One of the worst customer team. Customer support girl name is mizna, They wont understand what is customer support it is. THey doesnt know about the product as well.
- Returned the item in next day, but no one collected the item and no one in customer support doesnt know anything, they will say simply next day but we will receive an sms from the customer service team alone like below,

"Pickup Unsuccessful: Wakefit Latex Mattress_0 with tracking ID INWR0000116537 from wakefit could not be picked up today since we could not get in touch with you. We will try again tomorrow. Click to give feedback: "

- Dont ever get cheated with the wakefit product, they are fooling us

I ordered a orthopedic mattress, it’ really comfortable and would definitely recommend it.

Had purchased single latex mattress. 1st one was delivered with an incorrect length. However replacement place was smooth and well organized. Got the new one with in next few days. Quality is excellent and mattress is quite comfortable to sleep.

Quality of the mattress and protector is good but we found only white colour protector and getting difficult to maintain. Other than this everything is good

Very pathetic organisation and the customer care service. I had ordered on 21 Apr 2026 (Order ID - ORDER202604Z0OMT9) and till date no sign of delivery. The expected delivery while ordering was shown as 9th May 2026. Since then the only change we could see in the delivery date on the portal. Tried multiple times to reach out to Customer care but no solution till date. Only the stereotype reply , pls assured that your product will be delivered . No call back even after assurance from Customer care multiple times. Very pathetic service. there is no option for negative rating. They don't even deserve 1 rating.
