Worked with Andre Johnson who was fantastic and stayed in touch throughout the whole process! Picked up my 8 series on Friday and absolutely love it!

3 year old, 40,000 mile X3 brake light came on, booked in for service. Surprised to learn that ‘it needed pads and discs all around!’ - at a cost of around £1400.00. After questioning this, they hadn’t taken the wheels off. I requested this be done and they then discovered it only needed pads. I was disappointed as this appeared to be a case of over charging. The service manager called me to apologise and recovered the situation. What started horribly, ended well. Emphasizes the lack of transparency and trust which surround vehicle service, even authorized dealers. Always good to question and challenge initial assumptions. Dealership needed an overhaul, feeling old, tired and under invested.

I would have given 0 stars but unfortunately is not such a thing, booked car for service on 26 of January before my service plan expired, just find out the service hasn’t been done, also pick up car with a fault and now I gave to pay for diagnosis, lady on the phone said she told me on the day, totally untrue, outrageous, got 2 bm’s I guess I have to sold them do to poor quality service and customer service !!

Always been using them since buying my 320. Always quality service with every job they’ve done
Thought I’d never see my 3 series again after being hit hard in an accident. The Bodyshop team did a great job with the repair where I needed a new wheel, suspension, bumper, rear quarter and a lot more.
All this work was done in just 3 weeks to a top standard when I was expecting to not have it until the end of February at the earliest.
Also got a great courtesy car which was a 21 plate 118d
Definitely recommend and will continue to use Wollaston motors for the foreseeable future.

Awful place, heard swearing and shouting from their staff as I was in the showroom. What sort of company allows their staff to speak like that whether it’s to other employees or customers? Shocking! Do not use them.

Jack - in the service dept of the bike section is the most helpful guy you could ever wish to deal with.

Friendly, fitting and faultless bike buying. I have not found anything wrong with the 3 years old BMW K1600GT SE. Wonderful experience and what a cool piece of engineering brilliance !!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Mark, Nicola and Simon were all brilliant throughout. From receiving a quote for the work, dealing with my insurance company, and having the work done. The whole process couldn’t have been easier and carried out to a first class standard.

My 330 was scraped by another vehicle taking off the paintwork on the front valance of the car. I took my car to Wollaston and from inception to completion was faultless - if only that can be said for other drivers.
Bodywork team - well done and would highly recommend them.

I just picked up my new BMW from Adam Jeyes at Wollaston. I’ve bought a lot of cars from Adam and he’s always looked after me. The car was presented to me in immaculate condition and I’ve left the dealership a very happy customer.

Mark and his excellent team provided top quality service on the repair of my X7, in addition to the truly outstanding job itself. Very efficient and quick. The comms from Nicola was first rate also which is very important to customers. A genuine 5 star service all round. Thank you.

I have had my vehicle repaired by the bodyshop team at Wollaston twice now and would highly recommend them. The service is efficient and the staff are so knowledgable you feel safe to trust they’re doing the right thing for you and your car. Both times my car was being repaired the communication from the team was excellent. Having to get your car repaired after an accident is a stressful situation but Wollaston guided me through it and alleviated the stress, especially when the insurance company of the person who damaged my car was encouraging me to use a garage I wasn’t happy with. The staff at Wollaston spoke directly to the insurance company and resolved the issue, which I really appreciated. I will continue to choose Wollaston in the future.

After a non-fault incident in my X3 I placed a call to my local BMW branch and spoke to Mark in the body shop. The team were absolutely fantastic from the moment I called and assisted / advised every step of the way (even outside of what I would consider their remit!). My car was collected from my driveway and taken to be repaired, where I was kept updated every few days until the car was delivered back to me in 'good as new' pristine condition. Big thanks to Mark and the team for their brilliant customer service and first class workmanship. Keep it up!

Exceptionally quick and efficient response after I was sideswiped by a reversing vehicle. Work was carried out under no fault insurance claim so promptly that the insurers had to work hard to keep up! Needless to say the car was returned with bodywork "as new" and to cap it all Mark and his team resolved a long standing issue with an alloy wheel refurb whilst in the shop. Definitely top drawer.

My car was in for some damage repair and the whole process was superb! I dropped my car off on a Friday and picked up a rental car without any problem. My car was fully repaired to original condition and ready to collect the following Wednesday. A great dealership with exceptional service!!

Couldn’t ask for any more from them really helpful. Handled all my insurance case for me they chased them up and kept me informed. Had my car in a week before Christmas and got it back within 4 days they even came picked my car up and delivered back top service big thanks to mark simon and Nicola!!
Wouldn’t go anywhere else for bodywork repairs!!
