After great difficulty (no fault of the Service Team) in getting through to the team by phone, my service was carried out quickly and kept informed all the way through. In addition I was having an aftermarket pipe fitted and there was an issue but Wollaston overcame this and I am delighted with the result. Many thanks to Ben and Michael

I took my recently purchased BMW in for a running in service to Wollaston Bikes. The Service Team are second to none. Polite, helpful but most of all trustworthy, helpful and reliable. The technicians at Wollaston are well trained and always treat my bikes with the care and attention they deserve. The new showroom is fabulous and a great place to sit and relax whilst you’re waiting if it’s a quick service which mine was today. On some occasions I take a loan bike just to get home and wait there or on other occasions I use this to test ride other bikes. Last time I did this in July I bought the XR1000! The whole team at Wollaston Bikes are a credit to the company and I always feel respected and valued as a customer.

Took my bike in for it’s running in service.The service from this dealership is first class.The service was done on time and the bike came back having been cleaned too .Ben kept me posted throughout with a video of the bike. I can thoroughly recommend this dealership.10/10.

Not interested in faulty Bike... I bought a brand new M1000R Preformance 18 months ago, heralded as a flagship Brand..... its now been in the dealership for 8 weeks with multiple safety failures including: ABS, Traction control, Engine management, Lean Angle etc.

Dealership not interested in a focused effort to sort it out or replace the bike. But they still expect me to fund an equity deficit even though its faulty and not fit for purpose.

I went in to look at a 450gs and walked out with a 900gs, that's how good they are!
Really friendly and approachable, made the whole process of buying a bike easy and seamless.
I dealt with Owen, who was knowledgeable, professional and relaxed. Highly recommended!

1st time yesterday (16/06/2026) using Wollaston to source and fit a luggage rack to my GS. Was kindly texted in the morning by James to inform me that the parts were ready for fitting, upon arrival met by friendly staff and bike was taken to work shop immediately.
Half an hour later work was completed to a high standard and I left a very happy camper I will now use them as my default workshop, thanks again guys

Five stars for Pete & Mat , excellent service from the outset, a very professional outfit, friendly & on the ball, a. VERY different experience to my experiences with a certain American owned BMW multi outlet group, I rode a 170 mile round trip to deal with these guys, rarely do you receive this level of service, even from premium brands these days .. keep in doing what you're doing guys...

Just bought an ex demo R1300R from Wollaston Motorrad. It was in exceptional condition - as described. Owen took care of me and i had a great experience

I recently bought a R1250RS without seeing the bike except online. Owen was my point of contact and he went the extra mile to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the whole process. He made and sent me videos of the bike showing the condition and all the features as well as arranging collection of my part exchange and delivery of my bike. All in all it was a thoroughly pleasant experience and would not hesitate to highly recommend Wollaston Motorrad and Owen. Many thanks.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Owen from sales Team at Wollaston Motorrad Northampton was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful from my first visit till my bike was delivered to me and later on for following up on my experience riding it.

He explained everything to me very clearly, especially around the bike specifications, the available packages and financing options. I never felt pressured at any stage of the process. Communication was great, and the whole process was smooth and well organised. Was receiving regular updates on the bike production, a video when bike arrived at the BMW site and a thank you video after the bike delivered to me.

A special thank you Owen, you have made my experience in buying my motorbike an unforgettable one. Thank you for your outstanding support, it really made a difference.

after searching the web for a K1600GT , i found one on auto trader , called Woolaston BMW Motoradd to ask some questions that wasnt on the add , spoke to DAVID his answers were delivered in a very professional manner and without stumbling , he also did a very detailed video for me as well which is a nice touch especially as i was travelling about 100 miles to view the bike , this was all done to prevent a wasted journey and arranged a time for me to attend , so i went today { good friday} i was earlybut this didnt put David out i went in and chatted to the other members of the sales team in fact one of them got the bike for me to look at at while i waited , well in truth i was treated with the utmost professionalism by all of them , had a nice cup of tea aswell , David then returned and ran through the complete bike then took the bike outside for me to hear it at this point i could,nt test ride due to recovering from a knee op but the bike sounded and looked even better than in the pics and video so yes i bought it i take delivery of it in a few days time this dealership is def a 5 star plus ive been riding over 50 yrs and in truth the best buying experience from a motorcycle dealer by far and yes when knee is better i will def be going back for a cuppa thanks guys brilliant service keep it up

Brought an XR from Northampton, I was looked after from start to finish of sale and part exchange by Owen, whole process was excellent and can’t fault the customer care.

Almost 2 years on from bike purchase and Wollaston continue to exceed expectations.

Today a simple email parts enquiry was immediately responded to. And even better the part popped through my letter box because they had a van “in my area”.

Thank you Michael Bennison - exceptional job. Such joined up thinking helps keep my bike on the road 24 x 7 - vital to support my charity work. 👍

I had very much interest in a bmw rt1300 that was for sale and when I spoke to David at the Wollaston bike sales department he was very helpful on the phone giving me the best price for my part exchange but unfortunately I didn’t test ride the bike before negotiating a sealed deal so I had to go to a nearby dealer to have a test ride on their demo but I felt I was a little bit uncomfortable when I got off it due to my condition. I phoned Dave up the same day of test ride and explained I wasn’t ready to change mine at the moment and he was very polite with me I wasn’t going through the deal. When I decide to change my bike I will definitely be in touch with David again and hopefully do the sealed deal next time.

I popped into Wollaston Motorrad today as I am thinking of buying an R1300GS. I was disappointed by the fact that not one member of staff said hello or asked if I needed any help. In fact no one spoke to me at all, they were all busy at their desks and paid no attention to me at all. I helped myself to a coffee and looked at the bikes (very few) on display hoping I would be noticed but alas I remained invisible, so i left. I had expected a little more. I fully accept that I could have spoken to someone myself, but they all looked too busy and uninterested at potential customers walking in the door. I left two stars for the coffee.

PROS:

1) CONSISTENT LEVEL OF SERVICE OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS
2) REASONABLE PRICING
3) FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE
4) FRIENDLY STAFF

CONS:
1) TOO MUCH TEMPTATION ON DISPLAY!

The staff might have changed over my last 20 years of being a customer at Wollaston, but the service is consistently excellent. I have yet to speak to a fellow biker to who has a bad word to say about them. Today, there was a biker buying a brand new bike coming all the way from Leeds. He wasn’t a BMW owner, but was trading in a Triumph.

My own bike, which I bought second hand due to supply issues in the first year of the special military operation in Ukraine, was bought by a biker from Preston from Wollaston. You have to ask, why are bikers travelling long distances to buy their bikes? The answer is simple, honesty and respectful pricing of bikes, good deals and excellent service.

My bike was in for a rear disc and pads. I did wait far longer than usual, but they did me a favour slotting me in today. I start commuting to London again on Tuesday and I only rode my bike 5 times over the summer. I’m a reverse bike on account of being a Uni Lecturer. I ride over the winter and the bike rests up in the spring and summer.

When I get my next bike, there’s only one place I’ll buy it from and it’s Wollaston. I have always been extremely happy with them after 20 years of being a customer. If you’re in the market for a new BMW or servicing, get yourself over to Wollaston. They’re only 5 mins from the M1 Jctn 15 so there’s no excuse!
