I am currently trying to use wipe record. I paid IN-FULL after my consultation back in June 2022. I was told the entire process will take about 6-8 months. As I write this its now the end of October 2022. They have changed my paralegal 3 times. The only reason I ever find out about things is when I call. They never notify me changes to my case. Each paralegal says they are going to do something and then two months goes by without hearing anything, only for me to call and find out nothing is happening and I have a new paralegal.

I feel like my case does not matter to anyone at this company, and no one is ever available to take your call. I just get scheduled a time in the future to get a call.

Its been 4 months and 0 paperwork has been filed within the court system.

Apparently I'll receive a call from a supervisor in the morning. Lets see if it happens and how they are going to move forward with my case.

I hope this gets fixed

my experience was awful i would have been better off flushing my money down the drain...and the worst part is i read all their terrible reviews before i went through with it...i wanted to be a successful client of theirs but that was the wrong choice... i paid $1000 dollars and they acted like a 5 minit phone call was to much to ask for they dont respond to emails for anything at all... and when you ask for your money back after months of b.s. they wont even help you get a partial refund my attourney was strait garbage all around she was trash for months and then didnt even tell me that i was getting a different attourney before they just switched her and then the new one....i still havent heard a word from...lol you would be better off with literally any other option on the planet dont waste your time or money take it from somebody who made that mistake

My experience was wonderful, everyone was very professional. I truly do recommend this place for anyone trying to expunge or seal there record. 10/10

Didn’t respond to email on 9-1-22. Didn’t respond to email on 9-9-22. Rescheduled phone appointment on 9-23-22 for the next week. Did NOT call on the rescheduled date of 9-30-22. Called main office to complain about was happening and no return from customer service representative for 1 hour and 35 minutes. What kind of service is that when you have already paid. CSR finally called and said paralegal’s phone wasn’t working properly. I’m guessing she doesn’t have access to a computer and her email wasn’t working also.

I purchased wiped records about 2 years ago and still have not got my record cleared I think they are racist or something there’s no way it’s been two years when I call I get the run around. So at this point I have hired a nother lawyer to help me and if we get my record cleaned before wiped records I will be suing the company

WiperRecord changed my life. I'm forever grateful for their work. My case was tough but Sam did a super job arguing for me. I can't believe I'm no longer considered a felon. It's surreal.

Thanks to Taylor and Eric David and the team at wipe record I had my rights restored and the FBI and DOJ still tried to remove the rights so with the professional help from Eric and Taylor they were able to get the almost impossible done since they had my judge take it all the way to the Supreme Court and went passed county and State court so I’m great full for all they done for me. If I ever need an attorney again they would be my first choice

For 43 years I waited to restore my rights because of an arrest. Finally after working with Wipe Record I was able get my record expunged and get a gun permit so I can feel better protected in our home. It took a while due to Covid and the SLOW review process in Indiana but finally in June 2022 I can once again carry legally. I am so glad for the help and guidance I received. Patience paid off. This was the best money spent and I have my peace of mind again. Thanks

My husband and I hired them back in Sept of 2021. They are impossible to get ahold of (once they have your money). It has been almost a year and they haven't done anything. We was told it could take up to 6 months and we are going into a year now. My emails and voice-mails are ignored. When they do eventually get back to me there is always an excuse as to why they haven't started. There are no refunds so we decided to cut our loses and go with another company.
I'm not sure who they paid off to get good reviews but don't buy into them. This company is the absolute worst!
**7/17/2025. I'm just seeing that they responded that they gave us a partial refund. I would like to make it very clear that they never sent us a single cent of our money back.

I had a change of attorney right at the end near my court date and was never contacted by the updated attorney. The judge was highly annoyed when the attorney in court was not on the docket. Other than that everything went well. Very quick process especially if you pay off and don't elongate the payment process

Everything was handled very professionally. The only reason they are 4 instead of 5 stars, is simply the time it took them to get to where they could file the petitions for me. There is simply no reason it should take 18 months for 2 petitions.

They did just what they said they would, they just took a bit of time to do it.

My questions were answered in a timely matter. If Ms. Kristina didn't have the answer she definitely did the research to get it. I appreciate everything from the bottom of my heart. This has been a journey over 20 plus years.
