The company responded to an email thoroughly and promptly after I requested customer service help for a monthly charge I didn't request through your account. I needed my subscription cancelled and Eurona was able to help me cancel, refund me when I was charged in August and provide a nice email detailing everything.

This was a very useful tool. I recommend them. Just watch if you do not want to continue subscription, but it was super easy to cancel subscription. I only needed the service for one thing, and they met my expectations.

The 5-Star Reviews are Bots or Paid
Edit: My previous review had stated that they quietly auto-enroll you into their $24.95/month subscription. I'm wrong. They do indeed inform you in a checkbox on the bottom of the order page.
I would change my experience rating on Trustpilot, especially after the kind response I received from their customer service, but I recently discovered that I was also double charged for months for their service. It only stopped because I canceled my subscription. I would believe it was a system glitch or error if this double charge happened from the beginning, but it started randomly months into my subscription.

On our checkout page, we state that customers are purchasing a trial that ends in seven days. It also states that it will automatically enroll the customer in a monthly subscription billed at $24.95 if the customer does not cancel during the trial. We provide an Order Summary on the checkout page, with a checkbox for the customer to acknowledge that they have read our Terms of Service and Billing Terms.
