I start this review saying that i have given wipe record all the patience one could ask for. i started my journey with wipe record in October of 2020. At the time of onboarding i told all my info but still didnt know if I was eligible so i at first thought not to go through with the $1000 price tag. The person who was on the phone said for $300 he would be able to do the background to make sure my record could be expunged. If it could the 300 would be deducted from the 1000 and i would pay the remainder $700. the very next day i get a call like yes your good pay the 700 and well get started. I paid and I waited for my results .... May 17 I received a email from Wiperecord who was my paralegal at the time saying i needed to get a letter notarized and send my finger print card. on aug 11 i had a new para legal @Wiperecord who at the time was very nice and told me she would handle it from here. She didnt get the finger prints so i had to do the same process all over again.
since then i have talked to wiperecord on 1/26/22, 6/10/2022, 3/29/2023 with limited info and no progress as of this review. Havent been able to get on the portal to see any progress it just gives me the waiting wheel on any and every computer i try and log on with and trying to book time with wiperecord through the email link takes me to a page that says "No times are currently available.

Please contact the person you would like to schedule with." now michigan is doing the set-aside automatically i feel i have been dooped and strung along till it was to late to ask for a refund. I thought it was a scam before i started this and now i want to make sure no else falls for it like i did.
UPDATE:
I updated my experience from a 1 to a 2 for the most part i just wanted to see and hear some kind of of update i did receive a text stating we were close and a contact to reach out to I will update with any further progress
Final update: I was Definitely scammed just like most of you who are On here... if you are reading this. Just don't do it... find a different solution .. hire a real attorney in your area. I been strung along for years... just to be told nothing... they use the same lines over and over again. Now you can't even access the website 😒 . I give up you win you stole my money and it's been too long to even fight about it. That's disgusting and you reap what you sow...

At first they were responsive. That was over two years ago. Their website login doesn't even work any more. How can a company just take your money and not respond? I definitely deserve a refund this is ridiculous. I would not use them again

There were a few hiccups but wipe records never gave up got my rights of restoration back and they were all kind. Thank you so much for giving me my constitutinal rights to carry again even tho the state illigally infringes on peoples rights and takes them. God bless!

Fast to take your money then zero follow up after 5 months? I’ve spoken to multiple people in multiple states, emailed, called to get a refund.

Would not recommend WipeRecord.com to anyone after this experience. Just call a local attorney and avoid the national runaround.

3 years later and still have not resolved anything after repeated attempts to call and leaving simple voice-mail messages I've been stone walled. I've been ripped off before but at least I knew I was gambling this company is stealing! I've left reviews everywhere and placed a call/email to the better business bureau. This needs to be investigated asap. Don't be fooled the 4 to 5 star reviews. I was once told that my case had simply fell through the cracks!!!! My money didn't slip through the cracks but my job opportunities dried up real quick. Awful customer gaslighting service, wait services were not rendered so let's call it what it is-fraud

$1200 well spent. WipeRecord are expungement experts and they definitely lived up to the hype. Thanks again for helping me expunge my 2 CA convictions and giving me a fresh new take on life.

WipeRecord was a huge help in expunging my Indiana record and allowing me to restore my 2A rights. Communication was great and payment plan was legit. It took a bit longer than expected but regardless - they were really helpful and I'm so greatly appreciative of their efforts. Very pleased with WipeRecord. Ms. Jones is exceptional at her job and I felt very comfortable with my decision. WipeRecord was transparent on fees, expectations and possible delays that could affect my expungement case. As you can probably tell, I was very happy with the outcome of the case. My Indiana felony was officially expunged. I definitely recommend WipeRecord!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I started the process in July made several phone calls for updates and sent emails and never got any feedback until I wanted to quit and get my money back. By December, still no progress so I cancelled. I have yet to see a penny of the 600 + dollars I spent with nothing to show for. Pathetic.

I'm shocked that these guys were able to expunge my record make it so I was able buy a gun again. My paralegal was great, the process was easy, and it was about half of what I was quoted elsewhere. I don't really take the time to write reviews very often but these guys deserve it. Id recommend them without hesitating. The one thing I didnt l didnt like was how long it took. Im no stranger to courts, cops, and prosecutors though and know at least here that they drag their feet and do what they do. Waste our tax dollars! Once I had my account paid off with wipe records they filed the documents as promised so I know its not on these guys. You just gotta prepare to know that its probably gonna take a while and be patient. Have that faith man! Im living proof this works even for people who you think with their records theyre cooked for good. It works and I just wanted to say thanks to all the people over at wipe records. Thanks again team wipe records, you guys are doing great work over there for a lot of people and Im still so surprised you guys got me the W!!!!

I paid my fee back in March of 2022. I still do not know where my case sets. I called and don't get through, I set up a call back still have not heard anything. I am past annoyed would just like for them or to take her calls or return the calls.

I'm trying to find out is this a scam or not it's been many months and I haven't heard one word from this firm.
I'm all paid up and nothing.
I received calls when payment wS overdue but now nothing.
How long? How long? Does it take

2 years and nothing took my money and are still dragging there feet no court date or anything

It was a good experience could have been a little shorter, however it was and is complete. The one thing I really liked was that my paralegal was always there to talk to me. One thing that I would like to see changed would be to have a hard copy of some sort paperwork from you guys. For about a year I thought that I had fallen for a scam of some sort. Two years is a Long time to go with nothing g but a phone call between client and lawyer and no paper work on top. Anyway thank you for your help, I am still waiting for paper work from court.
