Once I made the document I couldn't view it I couldn't download it the customer service didn't want to tell me I was speaking to an AI a waste of time and energy I need to leave in the moment and then they told me it was free only to find out it was it this site is fraud

The application enabled me to quickly reduce a 27Mb document to 14Mb which allowed sending the document via email.

not streamlined
I wish the excel conversion was a bit more streamlined. It converted my file into too many tabs and separated categories so I still had to do a lot of manual cleaning.
