Good experience overall. Things that could be better: first, pick up of old refrigerator could be on original ordering. Going through an AI bot was not helpful, and I had to call to make that arrangement. Since it was a separate order, the delivery people did not know they were supposed to do a pick up. They had to call the office to verify.
Great Wine Refrigerator!
We ordered this wine refrigerator because we recently returned from France and had a TON of wine being shipped to us in the US. We had a spot in our garage's closet that would work perfect for the refrigerator. It fit perfectly! The men that delivered it were very nice and explained to us all about it. We are VERY happy with our purchase! It stores our Burgundy wines just perfectly and holds a bunch (although we DID fill it up). LOL!

This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever received. It took multiple calls to even get a person to talk to. Once I finally did, and ordered a part, they send me the wrong part.
I have been told 3 times I'm on an urgent call list and then never hear from anyone.
To spend $1,800 on a fridge that doesn't work and requires a part or any support is a joke. Save yourself the experience and waste of time like I'm experiencing.
(UPDATE) They responded to this review faster than my open "urgent" support ticket as I still haven't heard back from them. It is very apparent they are in damage control mode versus resolution and good customer service mode.

Easy Ordering--good product
The ordering and use of the glasses was great. It seemed to take a very long time to get delivered. I like the glasses and use them often.

After 2 years unit breaks down
I bought a 2.7k unit two years ago. Suddenly it stopped cooling. Getting in touch with WE technical support is waiting on the phone over an hour each time you call. If you are lucky, someone will pick up.
I had to call a technician to diagnose the unit, apparently the control and inverter order needs to be replaced. Because they sold me a chinese-made unit (in the words of my technician "cheaply made, bad quality components), now all my wines are out of the cellar and getting ruined by the minute.
WE are replacing the components, but of course they are back ordered and I have to wait 6 weeks to get one of the parts. This is pretty frustrating and they don't offer you with a solution other than that. Anyway, never again trusting this company, what a disappointment and waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy your wine cellar somewhere else.

They gave me three names none of which would come to service. Then told me to go to Mr Appliance but they don’t service wine coolers. Then they said go to Angie’s list. They will not help me. I would say the worst customer service but they actually have no customer service!

Excellent Customer Service
I live in an apartment and did not receive a shipping notification for some reason. Someone stole the package from the mail room after it was delivered because I had no idea it was there. Customer service was excellent and offered to ship it again, this time giving me a shipping notice. They could have chosen to cheap out and not believe me, but offered to replace it right off the bat. I never write reviews, but was very grateful they shipped the replacement. My girlfriend loves the wine glasses.

Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service after a sale. I purchased two wine coolers that cost over $50,000. One has been making a loud noise. It needs a new fan that is under warrentee. First they lost the replacement order and could not find it, then they ordered the wrong part, then their service tech Ryan Marsh was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I tried contacting their senior management but got nowhere. Issue is still not resolved in over 5 months. Wish I never bought anything from them.

WE was able to replace my wine cooler door within a couple weeks after the edge-to-edge glass door was broken. I was surprised and a little disappointed the new door had a stainless steel frame around it. However, they saved me from having to buy another wine cooler and the price was very fair.

customer service is a joke
I was so excited for a wine cabinet with a built in fridge. They took my money then apparently it went backordered without letting me know. I spent a week trying to get a hold of a person to get a update and finally got lucky and they had no information. I ended up cancelling a month after my order. If they are this bad with delivery how would they stand behind their product.
Still waiting for the delivery
My wine cellar was supposed to be delivered last week. I even received a confirmation of the delivery time. Then I was informed that the delivery was postponed. It turned out the item wasn’t in their possession yet. Then I got a call confirming the new date and time. As I didn’t catch all the details, I called and was told the details weren’t yet available. I’m still waiting for the delivery which is now scheduled for tomorrow.

Don't buy a refrigerator from this company
I bought their 24 bottle, dual zone wine refrigerator a little over 2 years about - Dec 2023. One side quit cooling a few months ago. Upon calling customer service, they sent me a circuit board that didn't fit - about half the size of the board in my refrigerator. After calling a second time, the circuit board they sent me didn't have the right connectors. The third time I called, they told me that they no longer stock the circuit board. Their offer was to give me half off the price of a new refrigerator. Not only did the refrigerator break down in a relatively short amount of time but they no longer support the product they sold me. Terrible company.
Just a a nightmare
Just a a nightmare. Think big corporate trying to be etsy small. Crappy customer service is an understatement. Products bought 10 years ago were awesome, the quality recently is just garage level crap. Don't buy here, go direct to the artist.
Frail & Fragile
I should have heeded the reviews of previous customers. The Somm Pinot Noir wine glasses were frail and fragile. One glass only lasted a few weeks before breaking. The remainder of the order remains on a shelf, unused. Customers warned that you must expect breakage when using higher end glasses. I love comments from the pretentious. Perhaps I should order more so I can throw them into my fireplace.

Steer clear - terrible product and absent customer service
Steer clear! We bought the L 145 dual zone fridge ($2600+). The first one arrived with an electrical problem. They sent a replacement. After 5 weeks, I went to grab a bottle and the temp on the top zone was 99°. Several of our reds had gotten so hot the corks popped out - red wine everywhere including on our hardwood floor. Thousands of dollars or wine ruined. I have attempted to contact them seven times through four different communication methods. No one will respond. I am out of my mind sick about the loss of the wine but absolutely furious that no one will make it right.

Horrible company
Horrible company to deal with on post purchase service issues! Their product are run of the mill rebranded Chinese made junk! If that’s the case just buy a wine cooler anywhere else for half the price! You will not loos any quality!
