Fab Service! Would highly recommend using Window Supply Direct. I had a query and they were really friendly, communicated out when the delivery would be and the product is perfect. Thanks so much!

Good service, measuring tricky
Arrived when it said it would. Quality was just fine.
Only issue was that the measuring guidance I was given on the phone didn’t really work for me. I tried my best to floor instruction but maybe a video for measuring would be good.

Terrible terrible customer service.
Ordered a window that had a lead time off 11 days, it took me over a week to get a delivery date which was 4 weeks after my order, when the delivery date came it then got delayed for another date 2 weeks later and when that date came the order got cancelled due to manufacturing issues all in all 7 weeks wasted time

Good quality
Excellent quality unit, happy with it, had a few concerns around delivery but they kept in communication with me and were upfront and honest with adjustments, which was appreciated. I'd order again just based on the quality for the price, it's very reasonable.
