Annual leave was arranged accordingly on 01/10/2026; however, the attending driver engaged in inappropriate conduct and departed the premises without completing the delivery.
02/10/2026 at 10:23 – A formal complaint was submitted via telephone to the Window Supply Company. A revised delivery date of 05/10/2026 was confirmed. Correspondence from the courier company was received on 05/10/2026 at 11:08, with a further message at 21:10, confirming a revised delivery window of 11:45–13:45 on 06/10/2026. A further day of annual leave was arranged; however, no delivery was attempted.
A subsequent formal complaint was raised with the Window Supply Company, and a revised delivery date of 09/10/2026 was provided. Confirmation was received from the courier company on 08/10/2026 at 21:23, specifying a delivery window of 13:15–15:15 on 09/10/2026. A further day of annual leave was arranged; however, once again, no delivery was made.
The Window Supply Company was duly contacted and informed that the incoming occupants of the property were awaiting possession, and that I would be travelling abroad for the following week, making it imperative that delivery be arranged by any practicable means. A revised delivery date of 10/10/2026 was confirmed, with correspondence received at 21:23 specifying a delivery window of 13:15–15:15 on 10/10/2026.still no delivery
