I would like to clarify the circumstances for those reading this. You contacted our office and were verbally abusive towards a member of staff, using offensive language before hanging up. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding such behavior.
Regarding your technical concern, your issue was that the windows did not arrive fully glazed with the cills pre-fitted. Our FAQs explicitly state how items are delivered, which is standard practice across the window industry. You received exactly what was ordered.

Great experience with this company
Great experience with this company. They were very helpful in guiding me through the correct measurements for my window, which I really appreciated as I had never ordered one before. For someone new to this, the process can feel quite stressful, but their team made it much easier.
They adjusted the delivery date to suit my request and kept me updated on the day the item was dispatched. I spoke to a few different team members, and everyone was helpful and professional, which shows they have a strong team.
The window style I wanted was only available through them, and ordering through their website was straightforward compared to other companies that required a much longer process. Overall, very pleased with the service.

Beading was incorrect length
Beading was incorrect length. Therefore upon installing it the beading was damaged, this occurred on all 4 windows that required installing. For a product like windows, I'd expect everything to arrive millimetre perfect.

All window beads are hand-cut to length and fitted before undergoing quality control. Every window is scrutinised, and only those that meet our high QC standards leave the factory. If beads were too short, it would be easily noticeable during inspection; if they were too long, they would not fit into the frames.
Regarding the issue you encountered, we suggest that either:
1) The beads were mixed up and placed in the wrong sections during glazing.
2) The long beads were fitted first, which makes fitting the shorter beads extremely difficult and can make them appear to be the incorrect length.
Had we been notified of this issue at the time, we could have provided immediate assistance.

Regarding delivery
Regarding delivery, they do kerbside only and an able-bodied person be available to unload it directly from the lorry. This can be extremely heavy and break your back, so please take note before placing the order.

We advise all our customers prior to delivery of the kerbside delivery service. However, our drivers are helpful and will assist further if they can.
To ensure a smooth process, we recommend having an able-bodied person available to assist with receiving the order.
For ease of handling, the frames, glass, and cills are delivered as separate components. This ensures each item is as light as possible during offloading.

However, the courier they used wasn’t reliable. They are supposed to call an hour before delivery, but didn’t. Didn’t show on the first delivery date and still didn’t call on the second attempt, just showed up.
Other than the delivery, their service is excellent.

Hi,
Regarding your delivery, we attempted to deliver your order on the arranged date. Our driver called ahead but, unfortunately, received no answer upon arrival and waited for ten minutes before leaving.
We were pleased to promptly rearrange the delivery, which was then completed on schedule.
We were also happy to replace a damaged piece of glass free of charge, even though we were notified after the standard 48-hour checking period had expired. Kind regards WSD

Exceptional personal service

Having been let down by builders and left trying to order windows and doors myself he made sure I was ordering what I needed even taking the time to call me to discuss - not something most online suppliers ever seem to do. Windows shipped exactly on time and are great quality. Tiny hiccup with some handles put right in 24 hours with a courier delivery. Exceptional service like this needs an extra star!
