My whole experience of dealing with Modern UPVC Windows was first class, they delivered my door and frame on the day they said they would, the delivery driver was very helpful and they have plenty of resources to advise the non pro installer. Most importantly though, I had made a mistake installing my door and Jake on the customer service team answered my e-mail immediately and help me troubleshoot and rectify the issue.

As a builder, I have used Modern uPVC Windows a great deal and have always found them very helpful and the windows great quality. So much so I even used them in my own home project. The website window building tool is great and gives a price there and then which makes pricing projects easy too. I regularly recommend them.

Excellent customer service a year after installation when one of the glass units failed and a replacement was sent within a week.

Really pleased with this company, the communication was excellent with the delivery day as they said it would be. Very pleasant driver and my window is great. Great company to deal with.

Really impressed with the back door i ordered great quality fitted it today very happy.

Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive during ordering and even after we had an issue with a key (not caused by them) they sent out a replacement free of charge. Windows were great quality too.

We have ordered several windows from Modern windows over the last few years, each item has always been provided as specified and to a high quality. This time we ordered a upvc door, on taking delivery I realised the weight was significant for such a narrow door and on further inspection I noticed it was reinforced almost everywhere, it had an amazing double claw locking system, two sets of upwards and downwards claws top and bottom along with a single central claw and multiple locking cams. This in my opinion made the door a real bargain at the price we were charged. Thanks modern windows.

Very helpful delivery driver, since at 70 the French doors are heavy, turned up before 8.00am and l had them fitted by 2.00pm including removing the old patio doors , excellent quality and the adjustment was easy

On the 3th order with them and I'm just getting more disappointed. Sems they don't know how to do their job . No meter what I'm doing withe France door triplet glazed can't put it right .I can see through the gaps ... From very high energy rated doors I expected a more . At the end they don't have even connected me back . Avoid avoid .

What a great company. I replaced all our windows myself, and, as a novice, they were great at answering my many (basic) questions!

Their online designer tool is fantastic, their range of products is great, the quality of the supplied windows was great.

I really can't recommend them enough.

There were a few small issues, such as not enough glazing clips had been provided, but they were happy to send out the extra bits promptly as needed.

I also used them again more recently to replace our old patio doors with a new sliding version. We used their fitters as I decided the glass units were too heavy for me to attempt safely myself. They provided a fantastic service at a good price, the fitters were friendly and professional, and did a high quality job.

If I had any more windows or doors to replace I'd definitely use them again!!!

I bought 2 doors and one of the supplied locks failed and wouldn't unlock this was under 1 werk old. I had to pay £120 forva locksmith to sadly open the door and remove the lock. This company then sent a new lock but is was the wrong size and the wrong colour. Ive had to buy my own lock now and they refuse to reimburse for the locksmith. The products are unfit for ourpose and terrible quality and the customer service is as equally terrible. This market is flooded with compaines all doing the same but the quality and service from this cowboy outfit is truly awful ! Be warned!!

Top class company. Such an easy process

Extremely disappointed. Windows manufactured incorrectly (£25k order), install not completed to a high standard (packers littered everywhere, majority of windows don’t open properly, not sealed around outside of windows to make weather tight, door cill still not here, been waiting 2 months)

2 failed surveys, no communication or after service and countless broken promises.

Management are not interested - it appears the only way to resolve the issues is to instigate Section 75 dispute/refund via my card company, and push through court if insufficient remedy.

Have been left with a massive builders invoice to make good the manufacturing errors.

Will be very disappointed if they take the time to respond to this review when they should be responding to and resolving the issues with their manufacturing and install.
