Your staff have always been very helpful and courteous and always tried to help today Andrea.
However the actual service of the broadband and internet have been very poor and on many many occasions have had no service - no tv - drops out all the time as does the internet. When trying to view anything on apps it drops out all the time saying that there is no service.
So I’ve now given up and gone with another company

We were on the phone to her for about 20 minutes trying to sort out the wi-fi and she probably wanted to quit work after dealing with us or smoke a packet of cigarettes! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and was polite the whole way through. A credit to your company

I made a call today about connectivity issues and was supported by Gem. She was bright and cheery, very patient and incredibly helpful. Her character and demeanour should be the model for customer support.

Now back online and able to go about my day.
