Great support

Their engineer, Bill, was excellent when I needed help setting up my devices. Very polite and thorough. The phone was answered very quickly.

It's a rubbish service, even though download speed is good?!

The download speed is good but the actual service is rubbish! 🤦. Customer service can talk all day about the good download speeds, but how about us having to turn TV off several times a day to reset the system because it takes forever to load YouTube, Netflix or Prime. That's if we can get it!?
Then there's the awful picture that can last up to 15 minutes when trying to watch something, although it does finally sort out. The buffering is a lot worse than Plusnet & happens far too much within 1 view. We're lucky if we watch anything without buffering.
We've been told our 9 year old TV isn't the problem. It's a 4k Smart TV.
So what is the problem Wifinity?
There's 61 flats in this block & we're having to pay for this in our service charge whether we use it or not. So very disappointing. It's very cheap & I thought I'd save money as my old provider was bad & was charging a lot more.
I personally think there's a problem with the system they put in. I've been told by customer service there's a problem. So fix it please Wifinity.
In the meantime we're now looking for another provider 🤦

Ellie was very helpful and very patient. She was very clear about had to be done and my sign-up was a very quick affair enabling me to get online quickly. She also told me how to get further help if I needed it.

Small problem trying to connect to WiFi…

Small problem trying to connect to WiFi but within a few moments of speaking to Sophie who was trying to teach an old dog new tricks my issue was resolved and I was pleased and impressed.

I contacted Wifinity to raise an issue with devices not connecting correctly.

Ellie the online agent, they did everything they could to resolve the issue!! With no luck the issue has now been raised to the tech team.

Extremely helpful customer service

Connecting to Wifinity itself was a pain and difficult process.. However Karima was extremely helpful in getting me re-connected and online.

Resolution of WiFi problem customer service assistant I've…

Each customer service assistant I've spoken to has been very helpful; Ben and Sophie were my first contacts. They were pleasant and professional and listened carefully to my issue. However, the problem I had, had to be escalated to a technical team. After having no WiFi for 4 days I spoke to Miranda who was exceptionally helpful. She went into much detail to give the technical team a bigger picture. Whilst she was speaking to me, my WiFi came back on. I was highly delighted as my WiFi service is very important to me. Miranda also resolved my friend and neighbour's WiFi problem too. A big thank you to them all.
