I found the advisor so helpful and kind

I found the advisor, Karima, was incredibly helpful. His calm and reassuring manner was excellent as was his knowledge. He was able to sort out my connection issues. It was the way it was done , with such kindness and patience, that prompted this review. He is definitely a credit to the company. Thank you so much.

James saved the future

Wifi has been shocking on Normandy Barracks, averaging 4mbps at best. My laptop came close with 230kbps. On the other hand, JAMES was very helpful and provided amazing customer service in trying to troubleshoot and fix the connection issues for me. Although the issue was unable to be resolved the day I called, there’s potential it will be fixed for the future victims. 😎

A genuinely awful experience.

A genuinely awful experience with this company.

The site where I work has had a major Wi-Fi outage in 2 buildings for the last 5 weeks. The response by their team was as follows:
. Multiple calls telling them about the outage in the buildings by myself and colleagues explaining the situation. Unfortunately most of their customer service personnel read from a script and are unable to provide professional support. It tends to be the case where you go around in circles with them because they don't fully grasp the problem, for them to finally say 'I'll raise a ticket for you'. Hours wasted doing this the first 2 weeks of calling in.
.Finally after 2 weeks, they manage to create a master ticket and it gets pushed to the network team to address the problem. Yes, 2 weeks and the problem wasn't even looked at, just sat there.
.We continue to call up asking for updates, every time the customer support team feeds us the same little information they have, and every time they tell us they will ask for updates and contact us with information. Throughout this entire ordeal I have yet to be contacted once.
.The network team finally makes some changes their end after over 3 weeks. Because we don't call in for a day or two, they decide that they must have fixed the problem without even consulting us first. They did in fact not fix the problem. As a result, for an entire weekend the case was closed and marked as 'resolved'.
.After finally reopening the case once we start calling up again, it sits there for another week and they identify the problem as a 'line of sight issue'. It has now been 2 weeks of them telling us about the line of site issue for them to finally decide to send an engineer to address it. That engineer will arrive in 2 weeks time.

As you can tell, there are many people here that are completely frustrated with the awful and rather unprofessional response from the Wifinity team. It has been a terrible experience for us and we still have more to come. With many people currently at this site being away from home and Wi-Fi being the only real way of connecting with loved ones due to the remote location, it has caused a lot of problems. Not to mention that immediate response teams have been relying on faulty Wi-Fi for communication and it has been slowing response times.

I hope that this case is looked into thoroughly and that the company learns from its failures that have been prevalent throughout the course of these last 5 weeks.

WiFi stopped working

Paid for a week for WiFi + as have 4 teenagers with me , no problem until today after 5 days.. called the help line and spoke to Andrea and what a star, sorted with in ten minutes, we all have apple devices but once she explained what to do, worked straight away.. Thank You

Honest

Honestly, one of the worst Wi-Fi companies in the world they have got the monopoly on the British Army and squeeze them every five minutes with terrible Wi-Fi and expensive prices , couldn’t count the amount of times I’ve called to complain about terrible Wi-Fi and continuous blackouts takes 2 to 3 days to come back on absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Wifi issue solved in no time!

Was having a really difficult time connecting to the wifi at my university accom- as it kept disconnecting me for no reason. I finally decided to contact the Wifinity support team and was put through to James.

James was incredibly understanding and helpful and kindly walked me through the entire process of reconnecting, which he made sure was tailored specifically to my phone.
He was very kind, reassuring and charismatic, and he did not once make me feel stupid or annoying- and most importantly got my wifi working again in no time!
I'm really happy with the service I received and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who might be looking to connect with Wifinity.

A big thank you again to James, he's definitely one of Wifinity's greatest assets and overall wonderful fellow.

The customer service is excellent…

The customer service is excellent Sophie was fantastic, even when i got her name wrong and called her Chelsea..... The staff are very helpful, with very short waits for attention.

Wifinity as a company I do not like. £23 per month for WiFi in the block with no alternative is frankly outrageous.....
