I'm a few months behind with my mortgage payments, totalling a few thousand pounds only..my house is up for sale, im disabled and I have a disabled 14 Yr old autistic son.
Despite all this they are trying to get a repossession order against me.
They are rude, aggressive in their approach and try to drive up costs to inflict more pain ,not help the situation like a larger lender has done, they have been wonderful.
There are many financial products on the market and many good people and good companies.
This bunch I'm sure are ex timeshare sharks.

Impeccable Service
We had a very good experience with this company. Following from my review for Loan.co.uk so we dealt with during the application process, the final stages were taken over by West One Loans directly and I could not have asked for an easier or more transparent process.
We dealt with Tianna and I felt valued and respected in every message. I would highly recommend the company to anybody who comes to ask me for advice.

I had a case where it had been declined…
I had a case where it had been declined by two lenders for ridiculous reasons so the clients were slightly nervous . I contacted Jez and he has been so amazing guiding me through the application process !! So far so good and I am confident the offer will be issued any day ! Great result for my clients and another solid relationship between lender BDM and broker

The team was extremely knowledgeable
The team was extremely knowledgeable, and the service quality was truly exceptional. I was supported by Nicky who was delightfully helpful all the way from ‘decision in principle’ to the mortgage offer’ to completion, which was done within a couple weeks. It was beyond expectation. My client is very happy and surely, he will bring more business for me.
