Ordered my dogs usual favourite treat the duck twists as asda near me No longer sells them so ordered them directly through webbox. Very easy to order. Came very quickly and my extremely fussy miniature poodle loves the webbox treats.

Great soft,tasty treats for oldies with a few teeth!
It’s very hard to find these large webbox sticks in the shops here. My Greyhounds love them-nice and soft for oldies with a few teeth left!Very quick delivery and good value.Will definitely be ordering again.

The customer care team
The customer care team, especially Danielle have been fantastic in resolving a lost parcel of my order the dog Chicken and potato pate, it was delivered to the wrong address, with a photo of the the drop off in the wrong garden. Without hesitation after my confirmation of the lost parcel, they immediately re-ordered another parcel which I received the next day. I would like to thank the Webbox team for the excellent response, especially Danielle, who resolved this matter in very quick time. Also the product is a favourite of my little yorkie who will not eat anything else, she is now 18yrs old and very fussy in her old age.

Ordering direct from Webbox means we'll never run out of Dixie's favourite treats.
I was so pleased I looked online to see if Webbox deliver direct. I'd become fed up of Tesco and other stores not having Dixie's favourite catnip lik-e-pop in stock. They'd also stopped selling his second favourite lik-e-pud - strawberry. So i was able to order plenty of both plus his other favourites. Delivery was quick and I was kept updated on when it was due to arrive. Two satisfied customers!
