Great service. Free delivery, everything was in stock and I received the order a day early than expected delivery date
Only negative is they boxed 2 boxes of 18 tins of wet dog food into 1 box so I was unable to lift the box into the house

Always impressed with this company! I subscribe to the bottomless bowl as it gives you extra savings. You can set the timeframe you wish and you get a reminder 5 days before your order is processed. You can delay or speed up when you want to place your order giving you the benefit of savings on top of awesome flexibility. So much cheaper than my local pet store and 100% reliable. Thank you. Outstanding service.

Excellent competitive prices (often the cheapest). We got recommended a specialist food for our dog who is recovering from illness, pet shop are quick and efficient with delivery! Always packaged really well, shipping cost is slightly higher than average but overall still cheaper than competitors! Really happy and will continue to shop with PetShop

We have used the bottomless bowl system for some years now and it really is first class . Never have any worries about deliveries nor the dogs going hungry!! You can amend the order if you are not ready for it or bring it forward if running short. Back up service is brilliant. I had a small problem with pricing the other day and it was sorted immediately by the very attentive office staff.

My orders have always been dealt with very quickly and I have been kept informed by email. Delivery was quick too. Highly recommend this business.

I like the fact that if you have a problem there is always someone to take the call. I thought I’d placed the order on my phone but didn’t get confirmation so I called and they answered straight away and sorted it out there and then .. I’d put the wrong expire date on the card down. Anyway order came within days. Excellent service and value for money.

I had a recent problem with my delivery, where the couriers returned it back due to an issue. I contacted customer services and a replacement order was despatched straight away and arrived within 48hrs. Great customer service.
