From first enquiry through to completion of work and inspection all aspects of my experience were outstanding.
I was reliably informed of timescales and these were consistently adhered to.
All staff were very professional in their attitude to work and customer care.

From the point of initial contact, the process and options were discussed with us to decide which package was best for our home.

The works carried out were on time and better than we hoped. Communication with all trades people was effective, keeping us informed and working around our schedule.

The various trade services worked efficiently.

We are happy with the new heating system, boiler and radiators. Our home feels so much warmer already.

The two employees who installed combi boiler and radiators were very proficient. Worked hard and finished the installation in a day. Explained all they had done and how to run the system. They were polite and respectful.
I would recommend the company to anyone. So pleased we applied!!!!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Updated regularly as to what work was going to take place . All work was carried out to a very high standard. The workers all respected my property and before they left made sure I was satisfied with work completed.

Warmworks are an excelent company. They visit when they say they will. They are excellent workers.

Work carried out efficiently and cleanly. Only left with a couple of paint up patches to do.

The workmen who did job 10 out of 10 the surveyor i feel was a bit dubious as he looked at my boiler which was good for 20 years suddenly less than 24 hours after his inspection I was informed that although old it was still working, started pissing out water and I had to phone a plumber and it cost me £1850 to get a new boiler. I know your surveyor did something to my boiler. Obviously I can't prove it, but I know, I am happy with work done ,but. End of message

From start to finish, excellent service from everyone involved.The communication and time management was outstanding. Big shout out to warmworks and Omega energy,no mess no disruption and a well put together team. I can’t thank you all enough and would gladly recommend. Great job very well done!

Again Completely 100% Fantastic work carried out, for the negative comments I read before hand, I have none to mention, Now I have a much warmer house throughout/Hot water all day an a massive decrease in KW's, For all the reasons to get the Eco/green energy that's the plus side also.

The service I received from start till finish, was excellent. The advisor who processed my application, The assessor who approved it, The gas fitters and the carpet fitter I give 10/10. They were all respectful, professional and helpful. Full marks from start till finish.
