Wakefit is the worst company

Wakefit is the worst company. Delivery timeliness promised but missed many times. Worst customer support and executives who while trying to apologise for delays actually have a nasty ugly tone. Wakefit you have huge competition. Time you stepped up your game or shut down

Today we visited the T. Nagar showroom to purchase pillows and pillow covers. Unfortunately, both items were out of stock. We managed to get two pillows only by placing an online order, but even the pillow covers were unavailable. We were quite surprised by this response and are totally disappointed with the experience.

I placed an order with Wakefit

I placed an order with Wakefit, but my delivery is still pending. Every day I have to call customer support myself, and even then I don’t get any clear or proper response. This is very disappointing and unprofessional service.

I request you to either deliver my order immediately with a confirmed date or initiate a full refund without further delay. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this complaint on consumer platforms.

Kindly take this seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

Very disappointed with Wakefit’s…

Very disappointed with Wakefit’s service. I ordered a Classic Foam Mattress on 22nd March, and after making a modification on 25th March, the delivery date was pushed from 30th March to 6th April. Now, without any proper explanation, it has been further delayed to 14th April.
This was a prepaid order, yet there is absolutely no commitment to timely delivery. Constantly changing delivery dates and lack of communication clearly shows poor customer service and zero accountability.
Extremely frustrating experience — not what I expected at all. I would not recommend Wakefit if they cannot even honor their promised delivery timelines.

Would have given 0 or -ve stars if there was an option. Company sends damaged furniture (wing chairs) by post and accepts no responsibility nor responds to requests for replacement or refund. Shouldve read other reviews before purchasing, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would have given negative rating if…

I would have given negative rating if available to wakefit for its services. I have ordered a mattress direct from their website but the delivery was delayed. Even asking their customer care I got response "can't resolve your issue as working hours are over for the day". No accountability towards delivering the product to the customers on time.
Interesting part is the delivered product was different (and cheaper) than the ordered one. They assured to replace it but funny thing is they delivered wrong product again. After struggling over a month, cancelled the order.
I strongly suggest not to buy mattress from wakefit website.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand. I placed an order for a chair armrest back in February, and despite completing the full payment, the product has still not been delivered.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability from their customer service team. I raised multiple requests and escalations, but instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly closed my tickets without providing any solution or proper response.

This has been, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. There is no transparency, no ownership, and no respect for the customer’s time or money.

This will be my last interaction with this brand—I will never purchase from them again. I strongly advise others to avoid this company if you want a hassle-free and reliable experience.

I'm extremely disappointed with the…

I'm extremely disappointed with the installation service provided by Ajay victor D souza from wakefit. His behavior was very rude and highly unprofessional throughout the entire process.
During installation, he even disrupted and damaged our WiFi connection, which is completely unacceptable. The delivery team had already informed us that the cot was too heavy to carry to the first floor, so it was left on the ground floor. Even when there were workers available in our house who were willing to help move the cot upstairs, he rudely refused and clearly stated that he would not assist in moving it.
This shows a complete lack of responsibility and basic customer service. As customers, we expect cooperation and professionalism, but instead we were met with arrogance and unwillingness to help.
Because of this experience, I would not recommend this installation service anymore. Immediate action should be taken, and such behavior should not be tolerated.

BE CAREFULL BUYING With Wakefit Produtcts

I would like to share my recent purchase experience with Wakefit’s online store.
On 22nd February 2026, I placed an order that included a King Size Latex Pillow. However, on 27th February 2026, I received a Standard Size Latex Pillow instead. I immediately raised a return request, and the product was collected on 28th February 2026.
Since then, I have been continuously following up with customer support. Unfortunately, the responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful. Despite acknowledging the return pickup, the team has neither processed my refund nor provided the correct product. Repeatedly, I am informed that the item is “non-refundable,” and at the same time, they mention that the correct product is “out of stock.” As a paying customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
It has now been more than a month, yet there is no resolution, refund, or replacement. Each time I contact customer support, a new representative repeats the same information without offering any concrete solution.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this vendor. I would advise others to exercise caution before purchasing products from this platform due to the poor customer service and lack of accountability.

Please do not go for Wakefit

Please do not go for Wakefit. I bought 4 seater Zufa dining table in 2023. Now woods are breaking in between. There is no solid material. Warranty is just an year. You won't get any replacement or service or help from wakefit. Material is too bad.

INR 65,000 for a torn sofa - Wakefit is an absolute disgrace

First off, I’m a verified buyer from Bangalore India. PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS DISASTROUS COMPANY.

I want to be very clear: I did everything right. I paid ₹65,000 for a leather L-shaped sofa, and when your own delivery team unpacked and assembled it in my brand new apartment, I was handed a sofa with a visible tear in the seating area and scratches elsewhere. Two separate damages. I did not delay. I raised the issue immediately — within the hour — with photos, videos, everything your support team asked for. And what did I get in return? Ten days of silence, deflection, and the most exhausting customer service experience of my life.

Your WhatsApp support is a cruel joke. Every single time I reached out, I got the same scripted “so sorry for the inconvenience” followed by the same hollow promise: someone will respond in 24–48 hours. No one ever did. I’d follow up. Another sorry. Another 24–48 hours. This loop ran on repeat like a system deliberately designed to wear customers down until they give up. Your phone support is no better — they promise a callback within one business hour, and it never comes. And on the rare occasion someone does call, the answer is still: wait another 24–48 hours.

On Day 9 — nine days after receiving a damaged product I paid full price for — your escalation team finally called. Their resolution? Take the sofa away for 10 to 12 days to repair it. Not replace it. Repair it. I told them I had guests visiting and could not be without a sofa in a new apartment for nearly two weeks. The response was essentially: not our problem. I asked for a straightforward swap - bring a new one, take the damaged one back. Apparently that is beyond the capabilities of a company that sells furniture at scale.

And then, as the final insult, your support team called the next day to tell me they had only received ONE image — when I had submitted 8 to 10 photos and videos within 60 minutes of delivery. Either someone on your team is lying, or your internal systems are so dysfunctional that documented evidence simply disappears. Both explanations are unacceptable. Both reflect a company that does not deserve customer trust.

I told your team I would take this to consumer court. Not a single person flinched. That tells you everything about how Wakefit views its customers — as obstacles to be outlasted, not people to be served.

I moved into a new home and now have a torn, damaged sofa sitting in my living room as a monument to this company’s indifference. Do not buy from Wakefit if you expect any accountability when things go wrong. I am pursuing every legal remedy available to me, and I urge every prospective buyer to read this before placing an order.

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Wakefit. I ordered 2 chairs and paid online, but the company delivered only 1 chair. Despite contacting their customer support repeatedly for several days, they have not provided any proper update or solution.

It feels like customers are ignored after payment is made. I am now forced to file a complaint with consumer authorities and the payment gateway for refund or delivery of the missing product.

I would not recommend Wakefit if this is how they treat their customers.

Worst delivery

Worst delivery. They will inform you in the last day that it will be delivered some other time. So you need to be available. I ahve not checked thed their product yet but delivery is the worst and their customer service os bad that they dont care at all.

How a Single Wakefit Chair Order Turned Into a Six-Month Ordeala Office…

I purchased a Wakefit Gravita Office Chair, and the entire experience turned into a six-month ordeal.

First, the delivery itself took more than two months. The chair was delivered only after I filed a complaint with the consumer forum. Wakefit claimed that my location was not serviceable due to logistics issues, which did not make sense because they had previously delivered a mattress and a dresser to the same address which i ordered with the chair and got months before i received chair.

When the chair finally arrived, I discovered that it appeared to be a used display unit rather than a new product. It was also missing essential items, including the key required to tighten the screws and the spray that was supposed to be included.

When I requested a return, it took another three months for Wakefit to arrange the pickup. During this process, they introduced a condition that had never been communicated earlier—that I had to first disassemble the chair myself, pack it, send them photographs of the packed chair, and only then would they arrange the pickup.

Since the chair uses a hydraulic mechanism, it is easy to assemble but difficult to disassemble without professional assistance. Wakefit asked me to pay ₹500 (their WhatsApp support message actually mentioned ₹400) for technician assistance. They said that a technician would come, help disassemble the chair, provide packaging materials, and that after I sent photographs of the packed chair, they would dispatch the pickup.

However, after I paid the amount, the technician who came did not disassemble the chair or pack it. He simply took the chair away, while I was left with the original cardboard box that Wakefit had sent. Ironically, when the packaging materials arrived, they informed me that since the matter had already been dragging on for so long, they would arrange the pickup directly.

As a result, I ended up returning a used product and still incurred a loss of ₹500 for a service that was never provided. Throughout this process, I also had to endure six months of constant follow-ups and unnecessary stress.

To make matters worse, when I informed Wakefit that I had not received my refund, instead of providing the transaction reference number so that I could check with my bank, they asked me to share my bank statements from the date they initiated the refund until the date I reported that I had not received it.

FYI: because of all this i wanted to return all the products i purchased from wakefit but sadly I missed the deadline window for it as this dragged for so long, not gonna buy any product from them for sure.
