Went to Wigmore street for younger sons birthday last Saturday. We'll love wagamama & he wanted to go there for his birthday. So got seat quite quickly. We order some drinks/ first with different staff. As my son has some nuts allerg /y the manager came to take order. We order 3 starters. 2 veg & one nonveg. We also ordered some main at the same time. Drinks came first then within few minutes 2 starter came. So we were waiting for the 3rd starter which was for my self. So I thought It will come soon. However, my husband & my son finished their starters.then they brought my son starter twice. So we ask them if that was the error. I m still waiting for my starter & now they brought mains for everyone. I still c annot see my starters anywhere. So we all were having out mains & nearly finished still my starter didn't come. Straight after they brought another main dish twice so it looked like they were so confused with our order. It was taking so long to bring right food. Which was disappointing. However I had to ask them if my starter still coming or they forgotten. After I reminded them bought my starter. Which was pointless as I finished my mains. My husband ask the staff if they can take it back & she wasnt fredlndly or helpfull. She deniedThey took over half an hour to bring the bill. My kids got so tired waiting & waiting. Specially my son. He didn't even joy the meal on his birthday. Very very disappointing with the service. Not going back for meal again. Staff needs more training.. I would like to hear feedback back from them. Went to wagamama Bromley today and were served by a very friendly waitress called Demi. The food and the service were fabulous. Cocktails were also yummy. Demi is very knowledgeable and helpful . We had a lovely time. 👍🏼

I ordered some food for collection at the St Andrews Square restaurant in Edinburgh, my food was delayed (not by long) but the team gave me a slice of chocolate cake by way of an apology. It was so good I went back the next night and tried to order it for collection but I couldn't, the team swapped by brownie for it and couldn't have been more helpful and kind. This is my favourite Wagamama Restaurant in the UK. Amazing Team!

I was having bad day, I went to wagamama in bluewater to have some comfort food. I forgot to claim my free gyoza when I signed for the app. So server called George at table 1411 said he will have a word with the manager. It was settled and I got what I wanted. I want to say just a small gesture by this guy changed my day. Thanks George.

My experience at the Romford Wagamama was excellent I went there for a date with my boyfriend and we both had a wonderful experience the food was a amazing and our server sagi was amazing he even replaced a drink for me because i didn’t like it and me and my boyfriend will definitely go there again

such a bad bad experience in Wagamama wigmore street, I ordered beef soba of my lunch, beef stick is so little compare with before, I tried to communicate with their staff, no helpful at all. Specially I emailed head office about food quality, I received call from wigmore street manager, all her explain is try to tell me how right they cook, it’s such waste my time, I told her I still have pics of food, she doesn’t care! I will never back to Wagamama anymore!

Wagamama Reading Berks. Our first ever visit. We loved it. Everything freshly cooked and beautifully presented. A very helpful young man who guided us on our choices by answering our questions. And Sophia our waitress was charming, friendly and very patient. We live in Spain but pop back quite often., so we will definitely return to Wagamama Reading. A big thank you to all the staff.

Just had the worst experience in my entire life at Bluewater Kent
Ordered drinks and meal
For get to get drinks had to remind them after 10 minutes
Starter took 25 minutes to warm up peas cooked in their pods
My wife’s dinner turned up with boiled rice and not coconut rice. She doesn’t eat plain rice
My dinner got completely forgotten. I said to the waiter if not started don’t bother as I already wanted to leave.
My dinner did turn up burnt to bits. Obviously tried to cook the crispy duck too fast and incinerated it,
I’ve eaten hear for many many years and food has always been ok. Not great but ok
This will be my last time in this food chain,
I always give benefit of a bad meal. This was the whole experience,,,,
I know they don’t care less but had too let people read this who can go out every night to eat, and save up their hard earn money.

Clean environment, fast service and friendly staff but the food is just not that great.
The starters were OK, then I had the Yakisoba noodles and i have had better meals out of the pots you add water to and had belly ache 3 hours later. I won't be going back.

26/10/24: Wagamama Longmarket Canterbury.

I don’t eat out, because I have multiple allergies and intolerances, and it is just too difficult to get the right food.
Visiting my Wonderful niece in Canterbury, I took a chance with Wagamama.
They have a specialist staff member, to help you with allergies. Aisha, was so patient, understanding and professional.
Aisha, asked me all the right questions, listened and provided clear information on ingredients.
Aisha, eased the stress 🙏🏿that usually comes with eating out!

Next, Chef Miska cooked me a tailor made dish!
My meal was delicious, fresh, clean, and a generous portion too.
Thank you to Aisha, Miska, and all the lovely staff members at Wagamama Canterbury.

A very welcoming place, my niece and I, enjoyed a lovely eating out experience.

Will certainly eat there again!

Great food as always! Portions are a bit smaller than they used to be, but everything else is consistently excellent.

Love the decor, the seating and excellent service. However as it was a birthday celebration we were disappointed that there was a restrictive menu. We were told no chicken or pork or ramen noodles. I was looking forward to the Chilli Chicken ramen, so had to get the beef brisket ramen which was tasteless too much coriander and broth lacked any taste. Also the ramen broth was half normal portions.
I left disappointed and feeling a bit cheated, Staff should warn people that Sunday nights might not have a full menu. For the money I spent for 4 people I expect more, I don't think I would use wagamama again as the food was not the usual standard. The ramen did not look appetising but I was hungry and only ate a third.

Whilst the food was good, the service was appalling. 3 simple starter dishes never arrived together, instead the hot starters landed cold over a 30 minute period. Then 1 of the 3 main dishes ordered was forgotten and eventually arrived 40 minutes after the order. It was only a Katsu Curry!!!! It arrived after we’d eaten everything else. Also, we ordered 3 diet cokes with 3 different staff members and like the Katsu Curry, they never arrived either. Finally went up and ordered from the counter!!!! No discount or apology offered for the delayed food, cold starters or drinks. Staff simply not interested. Finally, it then took over 15 minutes to pay the £85.00 bill online as the payment system kept crashing. This was particularly stressful for our son who has autism and who needed to leave…………Total disaster. I am amazed you get 2.8 out of 5 stars.

I have been dine multiple time around the Manchester and every day the services is horrible. Especially young staff, they don’t have any respect to the customer. This restaurant is disaster I’ll never come back again

I completely recommend the Catsu curry combo for kids and the chilli squid as a starter, food came out quick and cooked perfectly!

Two of us ate at their Chapel Field, Norwich, restaurant. We ordered two starters which we could see sitting there on the pass, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant too. They didn't serve the starters until the food was cold. We sent it all back and they remade it. Then we both ordered pad thai. 4 pieces of chicken in one and 4 pieces of tofu in the other. and a mountain of bean sprouts.

Do Wagamamas really think we're that stupid that we won't notice that the cheapest ingredients made up most of the dish.

We had a long chat with Marcel, who was great, but at the end of the day you're charging a lot more for so much less & we won't be returning until we're sure your offering value.

Myself and my wife went for a meal to Wagamama Swindon and Balazs our waiter really made the experience extra special, nothing was to much trouble and the food was fantastic

After going to Lincoln Wagamama for lunch monday 7/10/24 awful my 4 dried up very hard pieces of tofu uneadible the other beef salad dish was’nt very nice either big thick bits of very chewy beef salad ok on the whole not very nice and my husband in the evening was not too well
