Although I am a relatively new customer to voneus, I have been really impressed by the customer support teams. I have had to phone a few times with general queries and everything has been dealt with promptly. Had the installation last Friday, all good. Jack and Tyler were efficient and pleasant, did a decent job and did not leave a mess.

Call operator, Zoe was helpful, pleasant and polite. She didn't keep on hold for long, while she looked into my problem. She passed onto another operator for further help. Kylie was also helpful, pleasant and polite. Again, I wasn't kept on hold for very long, while she looked into problem. Promised a call from somebody after the last series of connectivity outages in our area EX18 7BP. Never heard a thing!
Now tonight the 26th sept our Internet once again keeps dropping in and out briefly meaning yet another router reboot and a sky Q reboot as well.getting really annoyed with this now as you do the big sell ,but when push comes to shove it's worse than sky or bt.

The lady who helped me get a better deal as an existing customer was Kamva, polite and patient with me and explained clearly how to proceed. I had a new contract an extremely good offer. I’m staying with voneus as it does provid the device they offer with no hidden expense I have never had to get in touch with them throughout my contract I can recommend this company
