Thank you very much for your valued feedback and we are sorry to hear this. We do hope you had a lovely Christmas and New Years.
After further investigation we have identified that your order was placed on the 25th December at 9:41m, which was Christmas Day. Please note that Monday 27th December and Tuesday 28th December where bank holidays, and no parcels were collected by Royal Mail on these days. Your parcel was collected on the first day back after the Christmas holidays which was Wednesday 29th December, and was then delivered on Friday 31st December.
We can assure you that this is not the usual length of time parcels take to be delivered, and delays had resulted due to the Christmas Bank Holidays.
