Fabulous

Never had a problem and if we did we would live chat or phone them, it would be sorted. We've been with them for years, I think nearly from start of them. They all friendly, polite and extremely polite, I think im bias though as they are based near to where I was born, ha ha.

I highly recommend Rx Live Pharmacy for their excellent service. Their communication is spot on—they keep you informed every step of the way, from order approval to dispatch and delivery dates. I always receive all the relevant emails, which makes the whole process clear and reassuring.
One small area for improvement would be the quality of the packaging. This could possibly be due to handling during delivery (for example, by Royal Mail), but sturdier boxes would help ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
Overall, a reliable and professional service—thank you!

Excellent Service Always

RX Live have always offered me Excellent service and the "urgent" button to click IF your Prescription is Urgent really does work.
I had an urgent Prescription on Tues, all local chemists out of stock, so I webchatted RX Live they were lovely & actioned it for me & my Post Lady was knocking on my door the next morning (Wed) with my medicines 😊 I highly recommend RX Live as with my regular repeat prescriptions they can put through your Letterbox or secure Parcel box, it is a tracked delivery. Unlike local chemists who are not allowed to leave it with a neighbour or put through a letterbox or Parcel Box. I've been with RX Live over a year now & they are Excellent in every way.

The Pharmacy of Pharmacies

Hi there, I believe i submitted a review in 2024 but i just wanted to update after nearly 2 more years with this Pharmacy. The truth is, I can not find a fault, and with the best intentions, nobody is perfect. However with something as important as medication near perfect is needed, especially where pain is concerned and this is where RXLive come in because they are "PERFECT". I have dealt with many pharmacies over the years and many are caring but maybe just can not cope with demand and many are just unprofessional. With RXLive you get caring AND professionalism. As I said on a previous occasion the delivery is fantastic and once the medication is approved there is no waiting for days and weeks. If the medication is particularly urgent they now have a link in the email that says dispatch "now" and usually it is delivered the next day or 2 at the latest. If I have a query there is a fantastic gentleman called Thomas who usually answers straight away and does his best to accommodate once again with care and professionalism. Any way the plain truth is that i highly recommend RXLive and i would not think about going anywhere else cheers Lesley.

Absolutely terrible!!!...i get…

Absolutely terrible!!!...i get medication that i havent requested...then i have to contact them to collect it..i can send email,get a reply to say ' all noted'...but they just send the wrong prescription anyway...have now changed to a different pharmacy delivery servide,as Exlive are so unreliable,and they are causing me much worry.

Absolutely appalling service from these…

Absolutely appalling service from these so-called "professionals" asked for the code for urgent medication that ive been waiting for to collect from the local pharmacy, told me they would ban my account if i wouldnt let them send it, tried to explain i needed it urgently, in the end i said fine close it, they havent sent the medication back for me to collect.i will be reporting them.

We take patient safety and urgent medication requests extremely seriously. Your review is inaccurate and does not reflect the facts of this case.

Our records clearly show that you placed the order directly with us and that it was processed promptly and in accordance with standard procedures. Despite your subsequent use of abusive and inappropriate language toward our team, our staff remained professional at all times and continued to handle the matter correctly.

Your claim that the medication was not returned is incorrect. Our system confirms that the prescription was successfully returned to the Spine at 09:22 on 15 April 2026, with the following audit trail:

Speedy and helpful on their part

I have only been with this pharmacy since December and have now added my husband. We have both received our medication on time other than this time, It wasn't the fault of RX , it was my GP surgery who took 3 weeks to send the script to RX and I was left with no medication for a few days . It took RX chasing the surgery and also myself but as soon as it was finally sent over RX acted on it and I received my medication the following day. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Dreadful company that repeatedly puts…

Following your response to my review I confirm I checked my emails. The last one I received from you was the 16th March. What you have responded with is a pack of lies.
Fortunately I have copied in my gp practise to some of the occasions where I was badly let down. You should know it was their suggestion that I should reconsider using your company. This pack of lies from you has made up my mind and I will seek a reliable company that does not endanger their patients. Others should look elsewhere before their safety is endangered.

Dreadful company that repeatedly puts patients at risk with post approval late processing and delivery.
Prescription gp approved 26th March. Not had a single email or response to my chase up emails to date. Dangerous company. Look elsewhere.

Thank you for your message, and please accept our apologies for the delayed response. We were closed for four days due to the recent bank holiday.

After reviewing your account, we would like to clarify the following:

A clarification email was sent on 2nd April 2026 at 21:34 (GMT), to which we did not receive a response.
Tracking details were provided on 3rd April 2026 at 11:34 (GMT), again with no response.
A further tracking email was sent on 7th April 2026 at 21:34 (GMT) confirming delivery, with no response received.

Our records clearly show that our team contacted you on three separate occasions. These communications were sent both prior to and during the bank holiday period. While we understand your concerns, please note that we are unable to control closures during bank holidays.

We would also like to clarify an important point regarding your prescription. The prescription in question was approved and sent to us on 30th March 2026, not on 16th March. The earlier date refers only to a reminder notification for you to place an order if required. As per standard procedure, it is the patient’s responsibility to request medication via the app or NHS app following such reminders.

Your order was processed and dispatched accordingly, and tracking information confirms that it has been delivered.

We have also cc’d your GP into this correspondence for full transparency.

Additionally, we would like to reassure you that we have been operating for over ten years and remain fully committed to providing a reliable and safe service. It does not benefit us to provide inaccurate information, and we have retained records of all communications sent. If needed, we are happy to provide copies of these emails.

We kindly ask that you review your inbox, including your spam or junk folders, for our previous correspondence. If you are still unable to locate these emails, please let us know and we will gladly resend them.

For future orders, we recommend placing requests at least 7 days in advance, particularly around holiday periods, to help avoid any potential delays. If it is urgent in between you have a dipsatch now button which you're aware of as you pressed this before on the 3rd of March 2026 and you got this ordered delivered for free the next day on the 4th of March 2026.

Trusted company and good customer service

This is my second month of using this site for my NHS prescription and there was a bit of a blip on my first month but it was sorted out in a professional manner and even though I was worried they sorted it out and I had my medication the following day. It's really made a huge difference to my stress levels knowing that every month my medication is delivered in plenty of time. I really do highly recommend this company not just for delivering medication but their customer service is amazing
